Anyone going to the D23 Day at Mickey’s of Glendale?
If someone has a set of the recycle bins for sale at or near cost I would be interested in purchasing or even trading. Please PM me.

When I left the Haunted Mansion ones were sold out with people still waiting to get in. I don't know what they were thinking with limit 5 per person.
 
So, is that technically a Small World sorcerer hat? I've seen listings on eBay saying it is....it looks kinda small worldish!
 
lol so all this fuss happened over this and the DSF releases and both turned out to be disappointing to most for one reason or the other, whether it just be the pins themselves, pins missing, or waiting in line forever to not be able to get them o_O Disney pin trading has just gone up a few notches on the list of most dangerous hobbies haha xD

After, looking at the pictures a few times, I finally figured out what it was reminding me of. I don't know if it is the intent, but it reminds me of the vests the Dapper Dans wear.

Does anyone know what this is?? It looks so familiar. I posted the hats I got on PinPics and called it "Swirl Clouds" but I don't think that's right. It looked like a magical rock light up feature or something. Any ideas?

I asked Ryan from Mickey's of Glendale and he told me that they are as follows:
The blue swirls is Tinkerbell's wings
The Roses is Alices Painting the Roses Red
the purple stripes is The Dapper Dans
the purplish geometric one is Small World
the copper one is because they have done Gold and Silver but we like to think its for the smashed pennies in the park

I liked the event pin, the DAK 15th anniversary pin. Too bad, they didn't sell them outside, where the imagineers were signing. I also liked the new D23 sorcerer hat pin in an aqua blue, rather than royal blue from last fall.
