Yes it was like 4,884 something out of 5,000 can't think of the exact # off the top of my head... It should come with a COA if not then it could be a store display even if they bought it from the disney store... but in order to find out then you would have to break the seal :|

This entire LE line I made sure that all my dolls have COAs I mean I love the dolls but just knowing it has the COA gives me a peace of mind.

Yes I know exactly what you mean about the COAs. The doll I have does have a price tag on it so I am pretty confident that it is not a display doll. Also the seller included the Snow White litho he got when he purchased the bluray. I just think it is absolutely wrong for sellers to list the Snows for sale and not mention that they do not have a COA. It happened to me once where the Buzz and Woody LE I received did not have a COA even though the listing said it was new and unopened. thing is for Snow people are paying around $500 for a like new one so you would hope that the listing had all details about the doll.

I do want to see the number on my doll but I just can't make myself break the seals on the box lol. I know that might sound silly but I just cannot bring myself to do it as she really is an amazing doll.

If you have taken her our of her box does she come with a COA and is the COA numbered? As I know that some of the earlier dolls like the Jack and Sally LE dolls do come with COAs but they are not numbered.

I was just told by another member of the forum that some of the listing of Snow on ebay do not have COAs, one seller even stating that they bought the doll in store and never opened it (so it is still sealed) and yet it doesnt come with a COA? Was wondering if the seller was getting confused with maybe the lithograph that came with the bluray release? But yeah just wanted to see if someone could shed some light on this because my Snow is still sealed and now I am worried that she may not have a COA but I dont want to open it because it is sealed. Thing is it was originally purchased from the Disney Store and was not a display doll so should come with a COA (that and the box does state that it does come with the stand and COA).

I broke her seals, I just had to touch her! Haha. (And fix up some stray hairs). Yes my Snow has a COA that's numbered.i think she was 600 out of 5000 or something. But I haven't deboxed her as such, so I don't know about whether her number is on her back.
Heh, I didn't even think twice about breaking the seals because all the others didn't have them, so I didn't think much of them. She was boughtoff eBay, so I am pleased to know she hadn't been tampered with when I got her. So I believe you can rest assured you'd have a numbered COA, just you won't know what number she actually is. She's so beautiful isn't she?!
 
I started to stress when I saw you were all being charged for Ariel, but I checked back through my account and found I'd been charger when I pre ordered -phew- (I think because I bought more stuff at the same time, so they just charged for everything at once). Means there's enough money for Ursula and Eric! Can't wait. Do you Aussies know what time to be online at? I know it was 5 to pre order, I just don't know when daylight savings starts, and I'm in the only state without it, so the time confuses me. Thanks!

Im also in Qld, DST does not start in Australia until Oct 6 so it will still be 5pm.

Maybe it would be a good idea to stop the countdown as it is getting very close and is making me very nervous! LOL especially now that a lot of people are going to know about the release so it may be very difficult to get them on the night! Gosh I really hope there is no repeat of dollmageddon :(.

Anyone else have glitches in your order history? All my past orders ever no matter what the item, big or small, is showing up at the same price which happens to be that of my last most order.

Also, when does the store charge us? When we go pick her up?

Yes I have the exact same problem haha, all my orders show the same amount (i.e the cost of my latest order) but when you select the order it brings up the details correctly.

I would have thought they charged you in store when you preordered her? I know I was charged for the entire Designer DFTC line at the expo when I preordered it.

The guy I spoke to today tried to tell me Ursula and Eric are going to be a raffle, so I drilled him until he went to the manager (who was in the back and so I couldn't ask her directly).

He was like, yes, there will be a raffle. You enter your name between noon and one--at which point I cut him off to ask if there were going to be three different raffles for the three different dolls being released that day. That stumped him quickly.

Again, the store is just getting its juices flowing, so I'm not going to hold it against them that they're still learning. It's a lot to take in... if you're not us! :D

I know right. I used to work for LUSH, and we would get customers coming in all the time about this new product etc that was supposed to come out and we had never heard anything about it. It was really frustrating. As the store manager, I just started turning to the online forums for LUSH and learning more from the customers that were on there than what the company itself was telling us.

I thought they did, but for some reason I had it in my head that it would show up as a pending transaction, then drop off until we actually get her. I guess I need to check my records.

Checked, yep! There it is! I was worried that I hadn't seen any charges since everyone was saying they were getting them. So it must be just the online orders that don't get charged until they are shipped? If you order in store you pay then and don't worry about it when you pick them up?

My order still just shows as active. Do I need to start panicking? I'm outside USA; I'm not sure if it makes a difference.

Has everyone got a shipping notice yet?

Mine has an active tracking number and says it was shipped today! However, it also says my order status is closed; that's just because she shipped, right? Also, does normal shipping normally take the full 7-9 days or is there a chance I'll receive her earlier than that? Gah, so excited! Now to just pray she's perfect and has no glaring defects!
