Sounds great!! I would DIE for a LE Doll of Elsa. Can I ask you where you get this info from?
 
It was like that at the oxford street store. About 6 Ursula's had sequins missing and rubbish stitching. I would call them first thing when they open tomorrow. Ds uk are rubbish getting back to you. I had a issue from previous order. Emailed them no response , phoned 3 times after long waiting and still not resolved. I even put something on Facebook and they eventually got back to me. And hopefully they are sorting it. Obviously they don't like public negative comments hence the quick reply.
 
Just got my Eric in the mail :) He arrived in pristine condition, I just had to fix his strange tassle things on his uniform! This is like Christmas came early with all the doll releases!
 
Ariel has found her way to my home as well, and gotta say I'm very impressed with how Disney shipped the doll. The doll was in a smaller carboard box which was put in a bigger cardboard box. Gotta say this is my very first 17'' doll and wow she is very very very impressive. I always assumed for some reason that the designer ones, like thevillains were the 17'' ones. I kinda regret not getting Ursula now, so I'm really really keen on getting the couple set next week. Let's hope that works out well. Anyway back to our new Ariel, she's absolutely gorgeous. No damage on the box, or any faults/marks on the dolls, so very very very very happy.
 
Thanks guys. I have given up trying to get through on the phone today so will try again tomorrow. The last order that went wrong with DS took 3 months to sort out :facepalm: I hope this one doesn't take that long.

Oh gosh, I can't help but picture Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove with all those 'box inside another box' comments.

ONLY 2,500?! My biggest questions for your source (if they can answer) are a) will they be released at the exact same time or one as a 'surprise' when we pick up our pre-orders, and b) any chance of a pre-order in October?

Yah I'm slightly worried about the release date of the LE Frozen dolls. It is odd to get confirmation without and date.......I feel better when I at least know the date ^^
 
When i got home today my favorite prince was waiting for me at the door! He arrived perfect, thank heavens! I am so happy. I got #244! :)

I LOVE him!!! My heart was set on him from the start. The one I felt kind of iffy for was Ursula, but as soon as I saw her in person I was so glad I got her because she looks fabulous. I wasn't crazy with Eric's hair, but his hair looks just as supposed to in the doll I received. Very, very pleased :D :love:
 
Yeah, it would be nice to have the same treatment as TLM. But, I prefer Kristoff to Hans (not that there's even a remote chance they'll do the guys from Frozen). I've avoided spoilers, so all I know is what I've seen in the trailers, and I think Hans is the love interest. Although, if they did all four main characters (yeah, doubtful, I know) I wouldn't complain.

I just wish all these things weren't happening in the span of a couple months!

At the moment I believe Anna will be on preorder and by the sounds of it she should be up soon, so maybe late Oct with the dolls expected to be released in November before the movie comes out. Still no confirmed news as of yet though.

The movie isn't out yet (Frozen), so I'm having it a hard time falling in love with the characters. Do y'all have inside info. or do you just like them on appearance alone? Maybe I'm just naive to the hype, but without having seen the movie first, I can't say I'm going to stay up til 2am to get the dolls....am I alone?
 
I like them on appearance, yes, and my faith and die hardness in Disney. I think most of us collect Disney dolls not just because we love the movies but because the dolls are beautiful. And these Frozen dolls are the most beautiful yet!

I do like Anna a bit more after seeing her personality in the trailer. However, she can't overshadow Elsa's beauty for me. I also prefer Kristoff over Hans based on what I saw in the trailer.
 
I'm excited about their choice in singers. No offense to Mandy, but I was disappointed that Rapunzel was so "pop" sounding. I love the more classic voices.
