Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)

I'm so glad it is not a pre-order. I'll feel much better knowing my order (hopefully I will be able to place one) will go straight through to shipping and there will be less chance for it to oversell and me not know about (which is my fear for a pre-order).
 
So glad to finally see them! They're just plain gorgeous and personally I'm very pleased with them. To each their own - but considering all we've seen I couldn't be happier. I'm glad they went with Anna's coronation dress - it's just perfect~!
 
Both dolls are absolutely beautiful. And thank you Disney for creating Anna's dress with LAYERS. I was disappointed when I first saw pics of the deluxe set and her printed skirt. The LE version does the beautiful dress design justice, in my opinion. I can't wait to see these two beauties in person!

Sorry but what is wrong with the facebook comment? Just trying to figure out why the reaction as that is the normal time that the dolls are released? Is it not? PDT stops this weekend so from Monday California will be using PST so it is correct for them to say Midnight PST.

It's just that more people know about the midnight thing now. Kinda sucks for me since I'm getting Elsa and I'm sure that she's gonna be harder to get. But oh well. we'll see what'll happen on nov 20
 
Ahh LOL righto, yeah that is fair enough. Dont worry I am sure the link fairies will be looking out for us on the night. ;)

To be honest guys dont psych yourself out, the hype around these dolls is probably just as bad but definitely not any more than Ursula and Eric and even though there are 2500 units that is still quite a few so just make sure you are online when you need to be and keep yourself informed and I am sure you will be fine.

By the way because the pins are coming out earlier I would use them as a great indicator of how the sales for the dolls will go. Depending on how difficult it will be to purchase the pins, I would gauge my level of nervousness on the outcome of that. But really we should be fine, we have been for the past releases all of which I believe are greater than this one coming up. Either I wish everyone luck with this final doll release and I hope that we all get the dolls that we want!

I've never used the link fairies but I'm so happy you guys have them:-) do they post here or to individual emails?
 
Super excited about both dolls. I just hope my store gets them. For Eric and Ursula, they only got 1 Ursula, which I thought was weird. Why get any if you are only getting 1 of the two ... and only a quantity of 1.

The plan: Internet first then store as back-up. Link fairies, show us the magic! We do love and appreciate you.
 
Guys if most of us got the DFTC Ariel/Eric set, we'll be fine for Elsa and Anna. Only Belle and Ariel sold out fast (and only Ariel sold out super fast) and they are princesses with an established fan base. The buzz for the LE Frozen dolls is much much less hyped up than for the other LEs released this year. Just don't get psyched out.

honestly, if I was a scalper this is not a doll I'd take a chance on flipping. Early reactions to the frozen teaser trailer were terrible. Even as a disneyphile I was unsure. As a doll collector, as this is a character I don't have any strong attachment to, I'm not going to be bidding madly if it sells out fast like I would have for DFTC Belle/Beast.

Now, next years sleeping beauty line? THAT will be terrible unless they increase the size of the editions greatly....
 
I don't even think Sleeping Beauty will sell as hot as Ariel and Belle. She's more popular than some princesses but she's no where near Ariel and Belle.

I'm thinking the faceslap was for the horrible "un-frozen" pun. They get so silly there.

Have y'all ever called and heard when they confirm your information. "J as in Jasmine, U as in Ursula . . ." I'm always cracking up and feeling so sorry for the human on the other end of the phone.

Omgod thank you!!! I see a bunch of people bad mouthing everything on this thread but in another post say they'll buy everything. Just complaining to complain. The dolls are beautiful.
 
i got a lovely postcard from D23 and the big golden book and a large colouring book coming (i love using them for art reference.) Ive had no luck chasing down the pins that are out but im happy to potter about picking up little things, i wont be big spending on the movie as Hercules takes everything xD but like many i like the look of frozen for personal reasons so i will have a mini collection.

oh also UKers frozen advent calanders are around :)
