Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
I understand it is a common status, but I find it odd because my order (which is active) has shipped as my Elsa arrived today. It makes me wonder if they are aware that she has shipped or if they just havent updated my status yet
ahh that is right you did receive yours today. By the sounds of it disney stuffed up big time. Clearly they didn't process your order and yet shipped you a doll. Which means that they must have attached a billing label to a doll relating to your order prior to processing your order. So there are one of two things you could do you could either be honest and follow it up with Disney to inform them of that happened or you could just leave it and accept it as a "Christmas present" from Disney. I personally would call Disney and let them know as it isn't fair on those that have been charged but have had their dolls "lost" but that is your decision to make and you don't have to tell peor ehat you decide to do as that is your business.
by the looks of things Disney must have stuffed up a bunch of Elsa orders. I have to ask has anyone that ordered Elsa and was charged for her, received her or at least got the tracking updated properly like a normal order? Because so far it seems like everyone has been having issues with Elsa so I wonder if this is happening with all the Elsa's ordered or if it is just a batch of Elsa orders.
