I have received several pm's about a trader in Las Vegas lately. They have a reference from me at Dizpins.com. If you receive an offer from anybody in Las Vegas please pm me to confirm it is not the person ripping people off. I can't post their name here, but am happy to let anybody who wants to know their name and email address.

David

Thank you for posting this David.

You guys stay away from this trader! He acts legit and communicates really well at first and then just gets really sketchy. I am pretty sure at this point that I lost a very expensive pin to him. I also have his info, so David doesn't get bombarded with PMs.

I just tried to make a trade with this person too and the trader actually sent me a blank envelope. :/ When I told the trader that I got a blank envelope I never heard back.

I'd like to get this info as well, please. I'm still pretty new to trading through the mail, I'm already paranoid enough without these warnings lol.

Everybody should remember if you are trading valuable pins with a new trader you should use a go between. Then both traders can send their pins to a neutral party and when both pins are received in good condition then and only then will the pins be shipped to the traders.

I think the mods here have said they would act as the neutral party. I am also available to help in this if you would like.

Seems I'm a victim as well. Lost my Frozen Jumbo to him. Communicated well, said he was on his way to ship, but never posted a DC. Heard from him once after that, and then nothing. Still no DC 1.5 weeks later.

Traders, beware.

Lots of people on Facebook and Instagram reporting being scammed by him too. Value of the pins lost is well over $1000.

He also appears to be using multiple names, PinPics accounts, and even mailing addresses.
