Hey everybody! I'm going to try something out this month and if it seems to work, I will likely continue to do it.

During the month of June, I will be attempting to obtain the LE releases the morning of release day! I'd like to offer up my services, since I will be there anyway, to obtaining these pins at Cost (retail cost + tax + shipping) to DPF members.

I will be going by myself to these releases. Due to the 2 pin per person limit, in most cases I will only be able to get 1 LE pin (if I am keeping the other for myself). That said, I will be taking up to 5 standby spots. If I am able to make it to multiple sale locations to obtain additional pins, I will be able to provide the pins for the standby list!

Additionally, if I am at DLR the following weeked (or at any other time) and see that these LE pins are still available, I will grab one to offer it up to the standby list.

Disclaimer: I am an AP - but the reason I am charging Retail Cost is so that the AP discount I get can help offset the gas/toll money (DLR isn't too far, but it certainly isn't in my backyard haha). Any additional "tips" would be graciously accepted, however the intent here is to provide cheap pins to those who are unable to get them for themselves.

Now on to the pins! For the first 4 release days, I have listed each LE pin that is coming out and the spots for reservation. NOTE: I am traveling for a wedding the final week of June and will not be able to obtain any of the pins released that week.

To grab a spot, please post in the thread. Do not PM me to reserve a spot. I will be updating the lists as the requests come in, in the order they are received.

Obviously, I will not limit who can reserve a spot from me - but I would like to think that as a community, the people that would reserve spots are true collectors and really want the pin. If you are just trying to flip it, or get it as an LE trader - please wait to allow someone who wants it for their own collections to get on the list first. Feel free to let me know when you post about a pin if this is your intent so that we can prioritize who the pins go to :drool:

I'd like to put in the zip code for each recipient and determine shipping prices that way. I won't ask for payment until I know how many pins I was able to secure, but when I do that I will also get zip codes and figure out how much it would be :)
 
Tomorrow is the first pickup day - I will be aiming for 5 Lion King pins, unless something changes today (either someone is added or withdraws).

I would love to have the soccer pin. My daughters and I have fairly recently started collecting them.

All 5 DPF members that requested a Lion King 20th Anniversary pin get one! With tax, the total comes to $13.99 per pin not including shipping.

For those of you that have requested other pins (StitchTrader, coopscohen, avery.appleseed) - I can hold onto these until I obtain (or fail to obtain) all of your requested pins. If you'd like me to ship it separately, I can (you'll just have to pay shipping for each package).



bcol - I was also able to find this! I will hold onto this until the soccer pin is released unless you let me know that you'd like me to ship it separately (same applies as above, you'll need to pay both shipping costs).
