Speaking for myself, I don't care at all about edition number. I haven't checked the certificates of my Elsa, Anna and Kristoff yet. I guess the only interest they would have for me is it would be kind of cool to know someone who has the doll number right before or right after mine.

i feel like it's a cool thing but not really a super duper thing, if that makes sense?

like of course it's awesome to get a low number but i would prioritize the appearance of the doll (how she is posed, hair, dress - cause all dolls are slightly different) and the packaging, because marks and dents bother me more.

And, in Cinderella related news, there's a listing on eBay for the Wedding Dress Cinderella priced at around $2,500 - for automatic purchase, mind you, not at auction. Had to report this guy, though - seller listed it as a pre-sale, but made the mistake of listing the the shipping date as between the 10th and the 13th.

I find it wishful thinking. The two rumors ive heard are that Hans will be out with Cindy and that the reason wedding Cindy is $500 is because she comes packaged with the prince as a surprise. both seem far fetched, but I hope they're both true.

Yeah, scalpers have really flooded the market for the last couple doll releases. I can see them getting excited for Cinderella and learning the same lesson, but like someone said upthread: they rely on panic customers. After those collectors have been sated, the dolls will decrease in value just as fast as the latest Frozen dolls did. That's why I don't stress over doll releases anymore. If I miss one, I'll just wait a couple weeks and buy the doll at retail from a scalper since they'll have such trouble unloading them.

I hope you get a notification soon! Keep us posted! I literally just got my "Blast Off" email for Elsa, who I ordered at 3:02am... Anna is making me a bit nervous though, since I ordered her first at exactly 3am... Crossing my fingers I will get that email for her soon!

They HAVE to be shipping in reverse order.... I ordered at 12:02 (3:02 in the release zone) and no one I know who ordered within the first few minutes has dolls. Everyone who ordered on the restock is gertting their emails.

Does anyone know offhand (or is there a place I can go that lists) LE dolls going for less than retail on the secondary market?

I've more or less been ignoring the secondary market because I'm not interested in paying like 200%+ for the dolls I missed the releases for, but UNDER retail? That gets my interest!

If LE Wedding Cinderella has the prince as a surprise the price would make A LOT more sense and that set would be completely magical!!! I really hope that rumor is true. I'll still try for her if it isn't true.

Check Facebook? The only doll I've ever seen sell under retail is Prince Philip. I don't think I've ever seen a Disney Limited Edition doll sell for less than the original retail price.

I ordered Elsa at 12:00:37 and Anna at 12:01:16. Fastest time ever. I got blast off emails this weekend, but they are still sitting in Disney's warehouse, waiting for pick-up.

Elsa weighs 5.0 pounds, Anna weighs 5.10 pounds (according to the tracking). What's really weird, is that each tracking number says that there are two packages, but when I look at the details, both tracking numbers (which are different) show up under each original number.

Thanks for the tip! Prince Phillip is cool. I don't know why he's unpopular but that might work out well for me

Wedding Rapunzel did, for a while, because there were so many of her. Merida/the Merida&Elinor set might have too.


Oh god I hope the Tadashi and Baymax one is false, i'd go broke.

If Tadashi and Baymax come together, I will absolutely go bonkers. Tadashi is an amazing part-asian hunk! They really know their audience too well if Disney Store makes a limited edition doll of both of them. Even better, if they made an actual robot Baymax using vinyl and servos that can walk around! As an engineering student, I would be crawling to the front of the line for this one. No one would be able to stop me! Mwahahahaha!

But on a more serious note, there's one person saying that CMs let it slip on Facebook. They do get displays months in advance, which is how I found out that the Cinderella LE was not a rumor. I say it's plausible until the end of the month, because that's when they say it's coming out.
