2017 Pin Releases

There are ways of doing it without being rude or mean.Talk to the manager if that doesn't work bring it up the chain further and continue calling sending letters until they give you a resolution of some sort! I'm pretty sure they can. Especially when they shouldn't have let it cancel when it is posted all sales are final! Or they have access to other pins they could compensate you with.

I need someone like you to handle disputes for me :lol: In my recent experiences - it seems to be happening over and over again - customer service has gone down the drain - no longer about making the customer happy (or even attempting!) and more about 'how do I get this person off the phone and hope they don't call back' ~.~


I'm sorry about that tokaji and hope somehow things work out for you pin wise! In fact wishing all the best for everyone out of this release- I don't have facebook so I didn't have a chance in the sky to even attempt this release, but thankfully no must haves for me. All very beautiful designs though!

Because they want you to to give up and not fight it. I had a recent bad stay at a Marriott that no one wanted to do anything about. I googled and found out who the senior executives were and wrote them letter and emails weekly and within a month I had a resolution presented that I was satisfied with. Disney is one of the major companies that still takes customer service extremely serious and if you get the complaint to the right person a resolution of some sort will happen. Most people get frustrated and quit trying so the company wins easily.
 
I'm feeling so disappointed! I have been able to purchase the 30th Anniversary pin set from my local Disney store every week until today - despite having a friend with me to double my chances, the crowds of people drawn by a Stitch pin were too much for the 12 pin sets that my store had on raffle. Guess I will try for them online tonight - I believe they release at midnight PST, can anybody confirm? Thanks :)
 
My store was full today too! I was one of the last three to get called! Things are getting busy as the word gets out. Hahah!

I don't know what time zone you are in but it is midnight Pacific. So you may need to adjust accordingly if you are more east.
