For the past few weeks, I've been telling my little sister about the Princess Designer set. I've been amping her up about it because I was going to co-op for the set with my cousin, and she was getting her favs from the set (Rapunzel, Tiana, and Jasmine). This is the most excited I've seen her about new pins, and I was really happy about purchasing a set at regular cost for the first time. Well after waking up Saturday morning and finding out the news, I was ready to give up on the set. After telling her the bad news, she took it like a champ and told me she didn't want them that much anyways (Obviously she was covering up her sadness). I was sooo close to just shelling out the $350 to buy the set as soon as it was posted on ebay, but I just can't afford that right now. Once I saw that the pins were being sold individually, I told her to look thru the set again and to pick her two favorites. Of course she picked Rapunzel and Tiana. That night, I was browsing the bay and noticed that a seller listed EVERY pin in the set for $67.50 with a BO option besides Rapunzel. I immediately messaged her and asked her about it, and she said her camera died and that she planned to post it in the morning. I instantly made her an offer for both Tiana and Rapunzel for $100 and she kindly accepted 
Prior to that I made an $80 offer for the Rapuzel alone from another seller and got countered $90 :down: When I finally told my little one that we got Tiana and Rapunzel, she seriously jumped for joy. We are expecting the pins any day now, and will take pictures when they finally do arrive.
Sorry for this long rant, but these Designer pins have been a roller-coaster ride for us. One moment realizing we'd never own any, and the next finding her most wanted from the set at what I consider a steal. I'm sending everyone looking for Rapunzel (or another from the set) the best pin karma and hoping that the freakin price on these pins go down so us collectors can own them.
