Some more great birthday gifts arrived this week!I've been so busy gearing up for first day of summer class I haven't had a chance to write out a proper post!
First up is @momin.ator who sent me this absolutely incredible bookmark!!!

Of all the characters they could have chosen for Genie to be dreaming of, I'm not sure why they went with Abu. But it's just so weird that I love it and could never nail down a trade for it. So thanks so much Kim!

When I first saw that pin I thought the exact same thing lol. xD Was there something going on with those two we didn't know about...? I know there are some weird/creepy ships in the Disney fandom, but this one is def near the top imo!

So we've got a legendary birthday card, an aweosme little coin purse featuring the opening quote from the BBC Merlin (a person favorite rendition). There's a Mickey Water bottle (soon to be relocated to my office at school!), a beautiful copy of King Arthur and his Knights, and the Ludwig Teacher pin.
And there's so many great Ducktales goodies! The Scrooge button of him dressed as a mage (seriously!? Gimme THAT episode!), the precious wee Darkwing figure, and Launchpad's joke book (with which I already have plans....)

Okay guys. @NutMeg has a problem. She needs to be stopped. But I'm glad she's being stopped after she sent me this birthday package because it's kinda really freaking epic.
So, you saw the picture of the box in the mail thing. It's huge. Massive. Cat for scale.
And my cat ain't tiny... I am beside myself with curiosity. So I crack it open. First thing is the card which was super thick and, when I opened the envelope, I discovered it was full of magic and an impressively customized card...
So, like, pretty epic already, right? The message inside was incredibly sweet and filled me with all sorts of warm fuzzies. Much like the goodie back that was under the card!
Look at that. Queen of Sass herself, doling out candy. I love gummi bears (bouncing here and there and everywhere!) and Russ has claimed the watermelon candy ready. XD
So then there's this little box all wrapped up nice with a bow. Destroyed that wrapping paper. No pictures. Ain't nobody got time for dat!
Hrrnng!! I love this pin so much!! As soon as I decided to make a Sorcerer Mickey side collection and set up a grail banner, I was like "This one. This one is my favorite." I'm not sure exactly ~how~ you knew that... Unless you bugged my office with one of your last gifts (in which case my bad for that really bad Hamilton sing along yesterday...). But this is seriously an awesome awesome pin and I love it sooooo much!
But wait, Merlin. That box was massive! Why did she need such a big box for that pin.
BECAUSE THERE ARE TWO MASSIVE BOXES IN IT STILL. D8 okay these I painstakingly saved the wrapping paper on. Because it's super awesome and I'll use it some day I'm sure XD

This is.... Really really cool. The framing is amazing, the little books are so cute (and feature "Arabian Nights" "King Arthur" and "Greek Myths), and the print is, of course incredible. BUT IT ALSO PLAYS MUSIC. THAT'S RIGHT. YOU READ ME. IT PLAYS THE FREAKING SONG... I'll record it at some point once I find it's permanent place. But maaaaaaan that's so cool. (NutMeg, did you MAKE this!?!)
Okay, surely there's nothing cooler in that other box, right? It's full of, like, packing peanuts or someth----OHMYGOD
Out of everything in this box, this made me tear up. Not long ago this dropped on Hot Topic. Com and I missed it by that much and was legit heartbroken. This is a product I've wanted Disney to make for a looooong time and I was really upset that I missed it. It wasn't even on ebay anywhere!! So I don't know what kind of crazy voodoo you pulled, but I can only properly thank you with an impromptu photo opp:
Russ politely declined to take part beyond the role of camera man (which is a shame. He's have made a great Jasmine), but my cat Isee was on hand to fill in. She was...less enamored than I was. But still a solid performance. XD
So that's it. I've canceled the rest of my birthdays. You guys on this forum have given me more this year than I have ever received ever in my life. And I'm not being facetious, I'm being quite serious. The outpouring of love from you guys is incredible, both what you have shared with me this month and a million times before, and the kindness I see you share with others. There aren't words to properly describe how blessed I feel, and I don't use that word often.
NutMeg, this gift was so above and beyond anything anyone ever needed to do for me, but man I really appreciate it. <3 I love it all. Thank you so so much.
And I'm coming for you....
