Wait, you are here and went to Flatirons? That's my local Box Lunch, and yeah, most things they get like a month after I see them online. I was shocked when I was able to post the Hercules stuff as "new." DH rolls his eyes at me because I go the mall every weekend now, looking for new pins.
 
So other blogs are starting to post their pictures from the Christmas Merchandise Preview as well. There is a boxed pin set as well. This is from First Look At The 2018 Disney Holiday Merchandise

I can't quite make out all the characters but it looks to me like it's Monsters Inc (Mike & Sulley), BatB (Lumiere & Belle), Zootopia (Nick & Judy), Frozen (Olaf), Donald

Usually with the winter sets they also sell the pins individually. But then there is a usually a completer. Given the position of the Zootopia pin, that might be a completer.

Totally agree... this collection is the ugly Christmas sweater mystery collection. If the pin is 'ugly' then kudos to the pin artist! @watzshakinbacon you definitely need an ugly sweater Dumbo!
