Fairytale Designer Collection 2014 Pin Set?
Wait what. The banner said September 4...

That was for the European release. They released the pins in the US last night when they did the release for the Doll set and the related merchandise, like the mugs and journals.

...that's pretty much what I meant by "secret link". I'm pretty sure I mentioned cracking code in my explanation above. I just used secret because, like you said, only certain people have that know-how.

I actually had that thought, too, though, last night. About them not honoring any order time stamped before you can see the items on the main page.

I'm sorry, I was more generalizing from the two threads (the dolls one too), I didn't mean to attack you in any way. I just saw a whole lot of "OMG SECRET LINK".

I REALLY. REALLY. Wish that was the case. It's not like it wouldn't of sold out after the sale time.

Aw man. I was even up last night checking the site, just in case. But since it never went live... :(

(I'm really bummed out because I ACTUALLY HAD MONEY this time around.

Guess that's the universe telling me I should put that money toward my credit card anyway.)

Got a pin set :D Not a doll person so didn't even deal with that so I'm a happy camper :D

To those who are sitting around nervous, DS.com US has finally implement a "1 per guest" rule, no more "1 per guest per order" so people cannot order endless amounts of items. Any account who ordered more than 1 to the same name and same address (so basically if you have more than 1 to the same person with the same billing address) should have all of their orders cancelled BUT 1.

That is what happened with the Big Hero 6 pin set. I ordered my BH6 pin set 17 hours AFTER ti sold out on DS.com because someone's order got cancelled. Keep refreshing and you might get lucky.

I wish Disney just did an online raffle of some sort instead of allowing people cheat to get the pins. Give everyone a week to pre-order, and then randomly select who gets a set from the draw, kind of like they do with the Imagination Gala pins.

Have the pin sets been released in the UK yet? Just wondering since they have the mugs, journals and lithographs on their site now. I wasn't even aware of this pin release since this is the first I've been back to DPF after the site went down awhile back.

If anyone ends up with an Aurora and Phillip pin they'd like to sell, I'd sure love to have it!!

If only if only :(

Some people would probably pre-order pins from 20 or more emails addresses/accounts to higher their chance of being selected. I know this is only one per household but it isn't that difficult to get 20 addresses (parents, siblings, friends etc.) so the orders are not cancelled (yes, you got it, I'm thinking bad from people ).

I don't understand why DS doesn't block the purchasing process until the pins appear on their website ; that should be following way or something like that : pins appear on the site minutes/hours/days before the release, you click on the links but "Purchase" can't be selected yet, and after a few minutes (few hours, few days, whatever), DS unlocks the purchasing process at the same time for everyone in the world. That shouldn't be impossible for them, I know a website who's doing so.
I sent messages to DS a half-dozen of times to report the problem (after the Art of Aurora and Frozen dolls releases, among others) but they just don't care. They keep answering me with some boilerplates. I mean, I'm not the only one to complain, they surely get lots of messages of disappointed buyers who are saying the same thing...

As for the Europe release, since I live in Germany, I will try to get one set tomorrow. But I don't believe that I can make it. I already know I will get irritated the whole day .

Pin set is due in the UK tomorrow, Sept 4th : ) *bites nails*

All European releases are announced on the store site.

Good luck to those in Europe Ordering Tomorrow. I've been lurking and looks like a lot of peeps missed out

Easy to get 20 addresses, really? It's hard enough getting my parents to stay home when I want something delivered to a physical location rather than my PO Box. Sure, I know more than 20 people through work and school but there's no way I'd ask any of them if I could use their address for pins.

Plus, you'd have to scrounge up 20 different credit cards too....(one of the criteria DS.com looks at)

Congrats guys I'm glad some people here snagged some :)
I'm off to work extra early to try for the EU release! :)

Looks like I was able to get 2 sets from the DS. Paid for one with CC, the other via Paypal shipped to my parents house.
Which address should we send the hate mail to, yours or your parents?*

*(For those unable to see the sarcasm font, I am not being serious. I will bet dollars to donuts that he will be doling out the extra set to those less fortunate and not flipping them for body parts or first born sons. The world needs more Rasputin's IMHO, I wish he could have purchased all of them.)
