I havent yet, as its the one I had an error for. I accidentally put the wrong date, but the customer service rep said I had to return for a refund, sent a prepaid label and marked the item as reorder-able as it is 1 per person.
Im wondering if she managed to get it cancelled for me, as the other one I ordered with the correct date on it, still is processing.
