So. As some of you might know I was in San Francisco this past week because my boyfriend graduated and so did I. I was helping him move home. The day I flew up there my grandmas debit card got hacked and all of her money was stolen. So for the past week I've been working hard and my grandma had been sitting at home sad because she couldn't buy Christmas presents....or toilet paper or stuff ,_,

So we got home today, got the bank account squared away and tomorrow everyone should be happy and fine. Although I sometimes feel no matter how much good I do...super bad things happen to me on purpose I guess. And though I've graduated and stuff, and am moving onto a bigger part of my life I've been feeling really down...

Now you're probably like we don't care. Get on with the zap!

OMG OKAY GEEZ.

So after 9 long hours of driving home and going into the best coma sleep of my life, and finally waking up...

My grandmas bank was in disarray yet again..so after yelling at them and getting eveeeeerrryyy thing fixed we moved all of the stuff out of the van and were like OMG WE'RE HUNGRY.

Because you know we hadn't eaten until the day before and it was already like 6PM. So I went to check my phone and it said I had some new Emails.

There was a paypal email and a email from David (docfish2u).

AND what he said was that a lovely person on DPF just wanted to share some christmas joy and thought I should have some, but they wanted to remain anonymous.

...they paypaled me christmas monies.

And I'm sitting here trying to find the best way to tell you thankyou, or just how much it seriously means to me, and I can't. Because I don't know how to thank you for being so incredibly amazing. David knows...I get quiet and it's hard for me sometimes to say what I feel. I'm crying now and trying to type LOL.

The last couple of months, the years since I've moved home, my family and boyfriend and everything has come down to this one day, like this really is the start of my next phase in life and you have made it even more special for me, and I don't know how to thank that.

But thankyou.

and thankyou David for always being there for us.

Merry Christmas DPF zapper person.

Merry Christmas DPF.

I was so happy to be able to pass on the kindness. May the next part of your life be better then the first!!! Congratulations on your graduation!!!

thankyou David ;w;

I'm excited and hope for the best too. I've already got a job lined up starting in January....and if it works out I'll be able to save up a down payment to get mimi into a new house in a few months...

Carissa! I am SO sorry this happened to you and Mimi. I find it disgusting that anyone would hack into a bank account and steal money from an innocent person, at any time... but especially right before Christmas. That is just absolutely ****ing terrible. Ugh.

But I guess for every son of a nutcracker wandering around out there, there's also a Christmas angel in disguise. Whoever did this special thing - You have my respect, gratitude, and awe.

And I am so glad this happened to you, Carissa, because you in particular definitely deserve a very Merry Christmas.

(It's a Christmas Miracle!)

Happy Holidays, everyone.

First, I would like to congratulate you and your boyfriend on graduating!!! :bigthumb: Second, I am very sorry to hear about the bank account situation, I have had that happen to me in the past, and I know the difficulties it creates in so many ways! So happy to hear that you were sent a little Christmas cheer...you definitely deserve it! As you already know, David and Amy are absolutely amazing; I always wonder where they hide their wings when I see pictures of them! Good luck with everything!
