Exactly if youdont want to read this why would and then feel need to tell someone else to drop it? Dont read it. And if you ignore it then dude you better get an attorney on retainer cuz sooner or later you will need it
 
Can we drop all this court stuff. Just leave it alone already. It's done with and DPF is awesome and cool and there's nothing wrong with anything. I love what a great job the mods have done with this site. I think it is better then any Disney pin site that has been created. Let's drop all this court nonsense. Nothing is going to happen nothing is going to change. The End...let's pin trade.

Tabbikat was trying to do all of ya a favor so when you end up in trouble Ihope you read all the crap you have given her. FOR WHAT INFORMING YOU? I really amwondering how many of you wanting it dropped are under 18? Anyone can find that info and if I can find it then be darn certain everyone else can. Actaully do go crying you didnt know all of this is recoverable on your computer you should be THANKING Tabbikat for making you aware. Not crucifying her. Go back to your trading better hope its not a child and their parents have an issue with it.
 
I already knew about this. But I'm not gonna make this the main priority of my life to make it something I truly care about. I'm totally cool with tabbitkatt making her points. I am cool with her and have traded with her plenty of times. Let her make her opinions. I am just stating mine. I do not care. I am fine with how the chatroom is being run. I am one of the ones who goes in it a lot and I never have problems with anyone. If people are worried about there younger kids that are under 18 they can put child blocks on the computer so there kids can't go on it. The End....again.
 
Doc, Thank you but you are wasting your breath. They will not listen and obviously just have an issue with me which is not warranted. IF they actually read my post they would understand I was looking for a solution to the problem as it is a problem. I think you nailed it the ones with the issues regarding what I have said are most likely underage or close to it. Most are friends with a certain minor in here and that is where they are coming from. YES he is a minor. I KNOW IT FOR FACT. If they and dpf doesn't want to constructively address the issue well so be it. I for one will not lift a finger to help them. If you have a problem with me personally then PM me and tell me what is. If you dont want to read my post then DONT READ IT. Its simple dont click the link.

As I said on the first page, I know who you're talking about. He is not a minor. (He was when you had an issue with him. he is now 18 and was 18 when you got mad at him in chat).

Should we post all those warning signs all over it "18+ ONLY ADULT CONTENT INSIDE. YOU MUST BE 18+ OLD TO CONTINUE AS IT'S ILLEGAL FOR MINORS TO PIN TRADE OR TO TALK IN A CHAT ROOM."

If you don't like the person/dont want to ever talk to the person/trade with them/see them ect, be a grown up for crying out loud, and IGNORE THEM. BLOCK THEM! This isn't high school where your goal is to turn everyone you know against one person because YOU HAD A PERSONAL ISSUE WITH THEM THAT DIDN'T INVOLVE THE REST OF THE WORLD. You don't want minors on the site or pin trading, yet I know several minors that act more mature then what I've seen in these threads.

For the record, I'm on no ones side. But I find it a bit immature that you have to post THREE, not ONE, OR TWO! but THREE THREADS (TWO which were closed, I guess that wasn't enough of a "drop the subject" hint) about the ordeal. THIS IS PIN TRADING! IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A FUN HOBBY! But reading all this BS about NOTHING makes it just the opposite.

Isn't this getting a bit out of hand? Sure Tabbi has a point, but in order to completely protect ourselves, we'd really just have to give up chatrooms and pin collecting by mail altogether. And I think most of us are not willing to do that.

Being careful is one thing, but paranoia is another.

Be real. Just get out there and trade and why you in the chat room trying to meet up with people. Isn't that why try created Facebook, Twitter and all the others? If your that worried about age, just ask. And talk about pins on the chat room or else log off. It's people like you that dumb laws are made. Did you know it's illigal in California to spit in the street on a Sunday? Were you in the street when that law was made, tabbicat?
 
I will show you my ID. FACEBOOK TWITTER all have age requirements read the terms of service when a member is under 18 security is set higher. You really have no clue what you are talking about. And really attacking my intelligence seriously? I will give you my credentials I have a law degree and a Phd in criminal psychology I uphold the laws that are made to PROTECT people even people like you. Go ahead and interact with minors and see how long it takes for you to be in court pleading with a judge.
 
Dizpins was live for 10 years. Never was this topic mentioned because we are all adults - even the kids. I do not remember any member stating that they had minor problems. Most of the <18 are more adult that the over 18 crowd. And are not trade meets at the park or like me at the DSF or other public places since you have no idea who you are meeting. They could set up a trade and rob you? If you are legally minded, do you sent out a legal trade document or just reply to the trade assist with a yes or no. Do you reply with your real address to receive your pin(s)? Does that open another page in your statement? Oooh, they know where I live.

Just let it go some people will not learn except for the hard way. And no I dont send my home address to anyone I have a PO BOX for safety. If your out there giving out your address and half the time telling people when you will be at Disney then now they know 1. your address 2. your not home. And wow if there are minors doing this oh wow what a safety issue that is. When it happens to you dont whine or complain. Just remember to voice your opinion you had to be rude and disrespectful. When its their kids then they will sing a different tune.
