So is the seller even interested in lowering the price?

The first post says if the seller does not find a buyer here, they will list on eBay.

Just wondering, because if so you guys may possibly be putting a co-op together for nothing...the current co-op prices are significantly less than the asking price.

I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer LOL...I just don't think we have heard a definite yes or no as to whether the seller will lower the price or not.

Okay just seen the revised prices, please put me down for Megara which is currently at $25. My max bid would be $45 please, many thanks hopefully I will win her fingers x

Good luck; I think there are 2 of us ahead (in case the figures hold). We will see. I also hate to be a Debbie Downer but I don't think anyone's going to pay $3000 for all 21 pins (but that's just me)

If a co-op does happen, please put me on the list for Meg, Giselle, Tink, Esmeralda, and Aurora.... Aurora is the only one I'd really want, but I'll settle. So just wait list for what has been claimed.

IMO, Rapunzel priced at $500 is a little on the cheap side. $1,000 for the set is a little low to include Rapunzel, but again it's just my opinion.

I would purchase the set just to use Rapunzel as a trader, but how on earth do you trade something with that much value? :dunno:

Good luck to whoever gets the set! They're beautiful pins!

Are you sure it was a BIN? I am pretty sure it sold as an auction and $1000 was the opening bid (no one outbid the $1000 opening bid). Echo had other Rapunzel pins she started at $500 and that ended up selling for $550-600. I remember cuz I was thinking, should I bid?

I could be wrong, it might have been auction. It's been quite a while so I don't really remember. Either way, I think that if someone put up Rapunzel at BIN for $500, it would sell instantly. Put it at auction and it'll probably go for more.

Alrighty guys hate to say this but this set is now pending...
This isnt final but letting you all know there are several offers on his table he has to consider and it may or may not end up in the set being sold.

To answer some questions above the seller didnt want to lower the price (I tried so hard rapunzel is one of my grails but i cant afford to drop this kind of money...on anything im in college! LOL)

And if we did get the chance to finalize a co op (pending buyer falls through) like someone mentioned some of the princesses may be more then 100 LOL including the Ariel I want.

I will keep you guys updated

I want to throw up at the thought of what I ended up trading my Rapunzel for...wish I would have held on to that! Biggest pin regret I have in my 10 years of trading! Good luck to anyone that wants these pins!

:eek2: Someone is actually going to pay :ugh: $3,000 for these little pieces of metal with fake colored diamonds????
I guess I can kiss my chances of being a Rapunzel completist goodby

I'm So Sad

Kitty, I'm going go ahead and close this thread for now. If for some reason the deal does not fall through, simply let me know, and I will re-open this thread.
