That's what *I* want to know! Who thought this was the better, more customer friendly option? they let some people butt-hurt over Snow White dictate to them, and now, they're knee-deep in it (as we all are).
 
Looks like the site is totally down now, can't even get to the sorry we missed you page. Funny numbers on the top left hand side.
 
I thought I had an order through as I was through check out and the screen went darker and I got the little gray box that said order processing but it never moved beyond that and now nothing at all. I just get some weird set of numbers when I try to get on the site at all. I don't get how anyone was able to check out like this. Damn site!
 
this was a terrible idea..... idk if i should give up or pray what was in my cart is still there!

:( I can't even get on , I had my profile and CC # stored ordered PJS for Kierstyn . Last I saw I had 3 in my cart . If they delete it , ughh ! I can't get on ! If anyone gets lucky enough and is not ordering Punzy & Aurora I have the money & bonus for effort . I'm so frustrated !
 
I can't believe that some people actually got through! I mean, a lot of us are pin veterans...we know how this goes and what to do. So those folks are luckyyyyyyyy,,,
 
Ahhhh crazy...I THINK I was able to check out with Rapunzel, Jasmine, and Aurora (I got a "Thank you for your order" email, and an email from PayPal saying I sent money to Disney) but I never was able to get to a confirmation page on the actual website...it crashed for me right after I sent the money to PayPal, but because I got the email I am hoping it went through!

So nervous!!!!!!!!!
 
I wonder if this will make headline news? Nah, probably not... If the retail madness passed through the radar, so will this. As much as we want these dolls, it is a small thing in comparison to the world's problems... Keep fighting, everyone! Something's gotta give and it won't be us!
