Hi all :)
so I have to wonder is there anyone else out there that collects the disney VHS tapes? I can't help but think I'm the only person left. Lol if you do how many are in your collection? What's your favorite/most prized tape?

HAHA YES OMG.

We're missing 2, Pete's Dragon and Mary Poppins.

<3 Totally love my VHS. It has to be a REALLY special movie for us to buy a new one (and if we do replace it it has to be the triple pack thingy....dvd for my grandma, Blu ray for me and digital for my boy friend.)

We had pretty much every disney video and videos just covered our house, when DVDs came in my dad threw them all out. We are slowly building up our dvd collection and we have a disney ones now. Our conversations in shops generally go along the lines of "I love this film" "we have it" "Nope, I think we had it on video" "we need to carry a list."
We have a video player in our craft room in the loft and we pick up a few in charity shops, I was so happy to buy hercules again.

I don't collect the VHS tapes, however I've never gotten rid of any of them. I recently found an old VHS player, so I've rewatched a few of the old ones in the last recent months.

I still have most of my VHS. Even though I'm buying the blu-rays as they come out now, I can't seem to get rid of the good ol' VHS! lol It's actually my preferred way of viewing Snow White. Even though I have the "restored" version on both dvd and blu-ray, it feels a little too...clean and bright...I don't know. I'm just weird I guess. ;)

Got most of them from my childhood days particularly from the Disney Renaissance period. Also recorded some when it use to come on the Disney channel(before they had commercials!)

I had loads of Disney videos until we got a DVD player, for a while I kept them all in the loft, but we needed the space in time so had to have a clear out and most of them went. I still need to get Little Mermaid on dvd though as thats the one of the video's I miss the most ... hopefully that problem will be resolved later this year though hehehe ;o)

I got rid of my VHS/ mist of the dvds too and went to blu ray. However I miss the big artwork the clamshell disney cases had.
