Yeah, same here. I mean, it's not like they don't sell park exclusives on the store website. And, considering that the LE number is 3000, from what I've read, you'd think Disney would want to do a more general release to ensure she sells.

And I agree with your other statement, this is a gorgeous doll! Then again, I love anything Aurora related, so I'm totally biased when it comes to Sleeping Beauty merchandise.
 
I don't know if this is out of place here; if so than I am truly sorry, but would anyone be willing to help me obtain the new Parks Exclusive 17" Aurora please? I missed out on the previous 17" Aurora dolls and I love this one even more, but I live in the Netherlands. :-( Besides being grateful forever, I could, in return, help you get all the Dutch goodies you crave! Cheese? Chocolate? Sprinkles? Stroopwafel cookies? You name it, and I will get it for you, lol! :-D
 
will it just be aurora for the park event or will there be other princesses too? i might need to drive down if they offer a snow white.
 
How much will this be? My sister will be there but I may not be able to get her to buy one for me. I don’t think she wants to get into dolls--I even told her she could have a fast resale at a profit. No interest. Sigh.
 
Shelly I'm considering selling my LE Aurora and Maleficent, for what I paid, I live in the UAE so closer to Netherlands and I travel there sometimes. I will let you know if I definitely decide to sell. It would most likely be the pink one (I have both and think it's not really necessary to have both) but still deciding which one I like more...
 
Nice doll, shame about the moss green!! Come on guys.... AQUA..... PURPLE... Hell I'll even take pink but MOSS GREEN? What the???
 
HOLY SMOKES OF AGRABAH! I'm in love with this!! I don't care how "shiny/greasy" the skin looks, the overall outfit is sold on me! This looks like one of the artwork I've seen online with that color. Ugh! Why is this so close to my D23 Expo trip!?
 
What a let down! After how amazing Aurora looked why has every doll since her had shiny skin and looked terrible. The shiny skin, the awful shade of green and giving her the same necklace as Aurora?
 
And is her belt a bigger version of Aurora's necklace? I'm trying to keep most of my thoughts in while I process, but ugh!!!!! No more shiny skin, for real!
 
I think she looks fantastic overall, and I am really tempted to pre-order her when I didn't really plan on it originally, but that shiny skin is SO unnecessary. It makes sense on dolls like the fairies, but it just looks so off on most of the other dolls. Given how Maleficent and Cinderella were handled, it will probably look a lot better in person and be hardly as noticeable as it is in the pictures (whoever takes these photos really doesn't have the best lighting), but I would be a lot happier with just her basic not shiny skin tone.

Someone on Facebook pointed out that the shiny skin looks very sun-kissed, a bit more appropriate for an Arabian lady. It is a shame the colour is dull when Jasmine is so vibrant but I'm tempted. I don't hate it overall and like you say, they often look so much better in person. Here's hoping I have funds and disney store doesn't muck up like they did with the last LE I tried to buy!
 
My first thought is as least her head isn't massive! Jasmine is one of my favourite princesses and with owning both the Designer Doll & Designer Couples I just feel they could have moved away from the blue/green colours. It's not like those are the only colours to play with but I'll still probably end up getting her - I just feel she isn't "that" different from the other dolls (except size of course).
 

LOL, yeah, Disney doesn't hire the best photographers, probably their way of trying to cut costs or something. The gloss finish more than likely will look at lot better in person, so I'm not worried. I love what they did with the outfit. That's pretty much what I was expecting... well, all except for the color, which I'll admit took me by surprise, but at least hunter green still in the correct family (hunter green, teal, and turquoise all tend towards the blue-green side of the color wheel). Definitely a must for me.
 
I'm not sure how I feel about Jasmine. She looks pretty overall, but her color scheme looks a bit sad, I wish they chose a more vibrant blue and incorporated more peacock feathers. And it looks like Jasmine swiped aurora's necklace lol! I'm not really impressed with this doll,it would have been nice if they made embroidered fabric peacock feathers and add that as an extra layer on her cape thing. And did they glue a rhinestone to jasmine's belly button? Oh well I hope they don't make a surprise Harrods set or something, but at this point I'm not surprised. I'm pretty sure I won't get this doll, she looks too uninspired.
 
It doesn't look like a gem on her belly button it just looked painted on! She isn't the worst by far but would look better less shiny and more vibrant. Not a fan of the Cape thing either

This is what I've wished what the LE Jasmine to look but I'm glad they kept close to the color. Like the person who mentioned more peacock feathers, I definitely agree. But to me the LE doll looks stunning. I seriously can not wait what the box would look like for her. Plus I'm hoping we will see more previews of what "future" LE dolls would look like at the D23 Expo next month!
