Good point. It being a smaller collection just gives collectors the benefit of it not happening often. But then we have to take future films into account. For example, the upcoming Beauty and the Beast movie could have a wedding scene in it. I wouldn't be surprised if scenes like that were included in certain films just so they can have an excuse to make merchandise (not just dolls of course but merch in general).
 
I know there was a concept for snow white's wedding dress in the film, but it was never used. But they have made it in doll form for Disney store.

Does anyone have any high quality photos of Teal Jasmine in her box? I preordered mine online and the in store one wasn't there anymore to look at. Would appreciate it a lot!
 
Weird that no one really posted pics of her. I've quoted my post from page 156 (that's when she went for preorder if you want to skip back and see what people had to say about her).

Thank you! I appreciate it a lot! I really prefer the teal version over the red Jasmine. I love the face and how much more detail it looks versus the red. I also love how long her hair is! I also think the box suites and compliments her better than the red since technically the red version is just borrowing teal Jasmines box and removing a 0 from the 5000 edition size. I think I would like red Jasmine more if they would have given her a new and different style box to make it more unique. I also am not a fan of how they made Jasmine more pale for red Jasmine. Over all though both dolls are gorgeous and a beauty to have in anyones collection!

I kind of regret not getting teal Jasmine, but she's not anywhere near as my favorite princess, but I do like her better than Pocahontas. I wanted a doll that wasn't blonde for my collection since I already have two blonde dolls, but since I plan on getting Elsa, basically all my le dolls will be blonde. Lol. Really wanted to get Ariel, but that won't be happening anytime soon.

Just a FYI, when I saw the display model in store, her hair was so long, it went all the way down to the bottom of the box and then curled behind her.
 
So excited like 3 weeks away from her! Cant wait for her to meet the rest of the collection! And excited for Aladdin and jafar as well. Sigh on the frozen fever as pretty as they are, makes 9 frozen dolls in my 17'' collection now.
 
Thank you kyera for posting those photos! Jasmine is such a gorgeous doll!!! Was not sure at first since I already have the DDFC version, which I love. Tho I think they enhanced her beauty on this one. A Whole New World is probably my favorite Disney song of all time. So that makes her even more special. Can Not Wait!!!! ~Aloha:stitch:
 
I totally agree with you, I have never collected the dolls before but after seeing her... I just knew I needed her. (And unfortunately now I want to collect the LE dolls... I'm so behind.) Whole New World is also my favourite song!

It's crazy that Disney has made 9 17-inch frozen dolls. I can't help wondering how many 17-inch dolls Frozen 2 would have. But I think it should be less than 9.:D
 
Look who showed up!!! :wiggle: She is just breathe-taking! I do want to fix that weird gap in her twisted ponytail though - any suggestions? :)

Congrats!!! Isn't she amazing!? Every time I come home from work, I always look at my doll & say to myself "& this is why you work so hard" LOL! I'm not even going to bother with mine until later in life. But if you're try to fix her hair, do so with much care! I know the only the thing that bothers me now is that it shows so much forehead for Jasmine ahaha.

LOL I have all the dolls displayed behind my desk where I work and study but I seriously can't help myself but to turn around every few seconds to peek at her. She truly is gorgeous.
I was sort of able to fix her ponytail - one of the two has a wire inside so I kind of just adjusted that so her ponytail is a little higher and covers up the gap - now there's a new gap when you look at her from the side but it's good enough for me.:rofl:

Question are those two only in store or will they be online as well? If I can't get them that's ok I want to try and get the Frozen fever dolls in November well Elsa anyway
 
My disneysrore finally reopened and they told me they won't be getting any of the designers dolls or the frozen fever limited edition dolls... So now I'm really nervous about everything.

They are available both in store and online.
 
Question for the veterans here, this is my first pre-order. I have teal Jasmine on pre-order(online),due to recent events I don't have the money for her. And I won't till 10/13. Should I cancel the order? Or hope it won't ship till the night of or next day?
If I cancel I'd like to try for the Rapunzel/Gothel set. But I can't afford my bank account being over drawn. Plus that would nix my chance for Rapunzel.
