AHHH thank you for making this lordofanime! This makes me even more excited for the dolls this Tuesday. I love the excitement of coming to the store so early in the morning just so you could get the products you want. Now my Red Slave Jasmine doll won't be lonely anymore :D
 
Ok, so I'm in debate mode...maybe you guys can help me... Should I go for Aladdin now or just hold off and see what he's like on the secondary market? I didn't get Jasmine, which I totally regret, and plan on getting her when her price is reasonable. So, should I get Aladdin now, or...? Gah!! What do you guys plan to do?

male dolls historically haven't done well. We have Phillip who sells for less than retail. We have Kristoff who sells for just around retail.

Hmm...Good point... I might just put the money toward teal Jasmine instead (which I was going to buy anyway) I liked the idea of having Jasmine AND Aladdin as a set. I have Prologue Anna and Kristoff and Pink Aurora and Prince Phillip. I want Ariel and Prince Eric... I guess I'm a Princess/Prince completest at heart.
 
I want to buy Aladdin and Jafar on tuesday. This will be my first time buying limited edition dolls at the Disney Store. Does anyone have any suggestion on what time it would a good time to start waiting in line outside the store?

I had been searching for one myself, and sheldoal shared pictures a few pages back of the 15" Brass Key Jasmine Porcelain doll which comes with a lamp that would be PERFECT for the 17" dolls. (pictures come from a sold eBay listing and sorry for the large pictures). Hope that helps :)

I'll have to see if I can find out what time the Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto, CA opens for walkers and which entrance it's at so I can try to get to the store early enough... I need FF Elsa so damn bad and I have to try as much as I can. T_T

I am sooooo nervous for tomorrow - it will be my first time trying to buy a Limited Edition Doll on the UK Disney Store website! Does anyone have any advice for me for tomorrow?
 
Thank you HLRaikkonen - I think I am so nervous as I have never tried to order directly from the website before! I have bought all of my other dolls from Ebay, but really don't want to pay over the odds for a fourth time! Wishing luck for everyone tomorrow that they manage to get the dolls they want!
 
I don't think it'll be too crazy tomorrow. I think people will be saving up for the frozen dolls coming out in a few weeks.

It will be interesting to see how our online store copes tomorrow with 4 dolls going up. Gets us prepared for the frozen dolls I suppose.

Does anyone think we'll see a surprise genie tomorrow?

I hope everyone is lucky enough to get the dolls they want :)

That's personally what I am doing...I REALLY want that Frozen Fever Elsa. :D But I think I'll get up early on Wednesday anyway just to see if there are any surprise dolls coming out. Good luck to everyone buying in the stores tomorrow!

I wanna say its 5000. The prince dolls may never really do all that well, but he is still the main character of this respective film. I feel like they would make him LE 5000 just for that reason alone, but I could be wrong.
 
Gonna suck if people who are not interested in buying the dolls hop on the website just for the heck of it.... Might overwhelm the servers. :(

So I might not be able to go to the store tomorrow like I had originally planned. I am not worried about Aladdin selling out online or anything, but I am afraid that he will either get lost in the mail or get damaged. I have heard that Disney isn't exactly shipping out Jasmine with care, and they are arriving to people with damages to their boxes. Someone on my Facebook doll group suggested that people buy a mug or something else small with our dolls just so they will put them in a larger box. Is that a good idea? Because I am honestly considering it.

I don't think it will make a difference as I anticipate they will ship them out separately.
