I'm also anxious for tomorrow to come. Thankfully, it seems like I'll definitely be able to get to my local store, so I won't have to just resort to going online.

I rec'd my Jasmine, #2059, today and she's absolutely perfect. I found the little belly button gem a bit odd in the stock photos, but I can't find anything odd about her in person. She's very lovely and I can't see anything at all to complain about. The box also arrived in excellent condition and it was easy to remove the cover and replace it to check the COA. I had some problems doing that with the last Frozen releases of Elsa and Kristoff. I had to open the shipper at both ends and push on the bottom to help release her, but I've been doing that any way. I think it's better they're tightly packed like that to avoid damage from jiggling around.
 
^^ Congrats on getting her! The cart number on the shipper box is the same as the COA # inside the doll's box. So you don't even need to open it to know. Just rechecked that info on my Blue Sleeping Beauty doll before posting to make sure. And it was the same. Good luck to everyone tomorrow! ~Aloha:stitch:

My grandma is going to the store for me, so I hope it isn't too crazy. I'll feel really badly - but I can't go myself. I don't know what I'll do if there's a surprise doll. What if I want it? There's no way for her to contact me... I hope we find out soon!
 
Thanks, for the info Beachgirl. I remembered it was on the packaging somewhere, but I didn't think to look for it. I can't resist opening them up anyway at least once and lightly going over the fabric and readjusting anything slightly askew. It's so rare you get to do that with collectibles without destroying the packaging. It's probably better to not do that, but it's as close as I get to deboxing them. :)

My sister just got her Jasmine today! She's so gorgeous. She immediately took her out of the box (sacrilege!) and repositioned her. Here are some crappy phone pics, sorry for the glare:

Hahahaha, that's what I did as soon as I got Cinderella!(minus the putting it back in the box). I don't even bother to see how long I can leave a doll in its box since at the most for me, it's a week. And for some collectors, it's like I'm committing some kind of horrible sin deboxing dolls lol!

It's funny because I have four dolls and have never even considered taking them out. Its sad because I love to hold them and see them, but I worry about losing the collector value haha. I hope my sister continues collecting so I can see more of them out of the box
 
I take good care of my dolls anyway, so the thought of them collecting dust is not a problem for me. Every now and then I put hair gel in their hair to preserve that look, and once a week I dust their clothes and hair, so no problem there.

Well I'm going to sleep now (haha I'm crazy for going to bed at 6 at night) since it is Aladdin's release day tomorrow & I want to make sure to get Aladdin & Jafar, plus also pick up my teal Jasmine! No longer Slave Jasmine has to be alone anymore :D So I'm calling it a night & i'm fully stuffed from thanksgiving dinner (haha yes it's thanksgiving for us Canadians & which btw, happy thanksgiving to my fellow Canadian Doll Collectors!) & I'm going to be bright & early at my mall & hoping to be there between 6:30-7 ish. Good luck to all the rest of you awesome Disney Doll collectors. I'll probably do an update here of how my experience went :]

P.S. If anybody knows anything about the special limited edition wedding dolls of Aladdin/Jasmine, please do post here! At least we would know some information if they're coming out or not.

This is the other supposedly leaked photo of the rumored Platinum Aladdin/Jasmine set. I'm really hoping they didn't just do a color variant of the current Teal and Red Jasmine and jack up the price by 7x coz it looks like her bracelet is the same.

Yeah that is really starting to look like a color variant. The dress Jasmine wears in The King of Thieves has sleeves and is a one piece dress. This preview makes it seem like she will be in a white variant of her teal dress with a veil. That just comes across as really lazy to me, especially where the King of Thieves gown could be GORGEOUS if they tired hard enough. Aladdin seems to be pretty accurate though. His clothes are just the Prince Ali outfit with more cream and gold color schemes.

Good luck to everyone trying in store tomorrow. And online tomorrow night. Since I had to cancel my Teal Jasmine pre order, I will be able to try for Aladdin online.
Hope I can buy him, it will make up for having to cancel.

They had a pic of the bottom of her dress with the embroidery, it looks the same like the teal Jasmine, except white.

Yea I saw that too but couldn't really tell too much from it due to the picture resolution but that's really disappointing that they'd do that and potentially setting the price range so far out there. You'd think at that price range they'd at least use a completely different design if they're not slapping real gold on it.lol

Maybe Disney is doing a different interpretation of the wedding outfits.

Anyone else having trouble logging into the UK Disney store? It keeps saying my password or email isn't recognised even though I've reset it and now it's coming up with an error of processing my order?!
