Just a reminder or a FYI, the DizPins Reference Center isn't owned by Dizpins or PinPics. It's still up and running and fully functional. I use it all the time, as do many of the others.
Maybe I'm just old school, but I don't accept InstaGram or ebay as legitimate feedback sources. I can say I'm anyone on ebay (there actually is someone on ebay with my LuvSimba ID, who was a pin collector and chose the name long after I used it all over the pin boards). And if there is a trader feedback area on IG, I sure can't find it.

Hi, Was this ever resolved? Ive tried all three links included on this thread and cant access the old Dizpins site. I have several issues regarding older pins, that I am sure that site could solve for me. Is anybody able to get onto the old Dizpins site?

What are you trying to access? The old site is available via Archive.org. Remember to pick a date, when the site was still alive, not a newer date.
And for those that need help, this link should work. Then you should be able to navigate like normal, but there might be some pages that were not archived, and get a page not found error.
