I apologize if this is the wrong place for my question, but I am new to the forums and hoping to participate in some pin pickups (particularly November!) since I don't live near the parks. Do I need to pass some forum requirement before I can start requesting pickups from these threads? At this point, I'm more of a collector than a trader since I don't have many extra pins other than my keepers.

No there is no requirement other than to be "paypal ready" meaning be ready to pay cost of pin, 8% tax, paypal as goods fee and mailing.
