Yes it is. There is one Saturday before the AP early entry is done in April where DCA opens at 9 am, so you can get there at 8 am

There's already 20ish people in the unofficial line (behind the DSF back alley in a parking lot)...
They have the pins (and the Jess pins from next month) on display, I'll get a pic up in a bit.

This hapless husband will have to wait until I get out of work, before heading down there. Hopefully, that unofficial line will be well organized. Most likely, I'll just stay out of the way and try not to get in the way of the mad rush to be first, once they drop the rope. I'd just like to be able to get a spot and hang out with friends. Front of the line sucks, when you have to answer the same question all night long, "What are you waiting for?" *bleah*
Oh yeah, there was a release recently with people spending nearly 72 hours in line waiting... Pins make people do crazy things...
Tents are allowed, but they can not be set up until after 10pm.
Also, heads up, most of it appeared to be common knowledge but there's new rules posted in the store for lining up. Obvious stuff like:
No cutting, no holding places in line for people that aren't there (anyone seen breaking this rule should be reported to DSF/security)
No leaving the line for any reason accept bathroom and acceptable food runs
Children need to be at least 4 years old to buy pins/get wristband/whatever
And the tent rule... That's all I can remember off hand. I don't think any of it was new, just written out clearly for those that needs spelled out for them...

Wow! I really like the size of the eggs, here's hoping the surprise one is actually a WiR one because I really would want a WiR one haha And Vanellope would be PERFECT!!!!
On a side note, I like the Jessica pins from April...especially the 2 on the right because of the glitter

)Yeah, if they want a surprise pin in there, they'll make it happen... Didn't one of the employees just pin the surprise pin to her shirt once, instead of putting it in the display? Not sure why I remember that...
But they did seem to be playing it down by saying things like 'We aren't expecting a large crowd for this release', etc... Of course, you could probably read that both ways too...
