I was told by someone that she replying only to messages she wants to. she is replying "what pins are you interested" I feel like maybe she's trying to sell some pins to refund those people who gave her money like my BFF. I don't know what's going on. But it's not fair. My BFF is going through a crisis. I still haven't received my pins either. I work at a bank and this is definitely not okay. It would be consider a type of fraud. I hope she answers.
 
This is the type of thing that I and other members went through . She put a thread offering to get us Tangled POMPins . Days went by and nothing, then finally she PM'd me and said, she couldn't get the pins. Which turns out was a lie. Another member gave me her ebay user ID name, she had six Tangled POMPins on the Bay for sale . So she took our money, bought the pins and sold them to make more money for herself, while putting us off . Another member I spoke to just received her money back and Tangled POMPins were released when . No this is NOT ok . And I hope someone does something . I have notified my bank investigation will take place. This is fraud and not what Walt Disney would not agree with this. lI'm sorry but you have caused psychological damage. Karma is on your way honey
 
I understand that life gets in the way, but going more than a week without contacting someone, ESPECIALLY when they've given you money is inexcusable. At this point, I think everyone should be leaving negative feedback, regardless of whether you get the pin or a refund because there is no excuse for taking a couple of weeks to get this resolved with absolutely no communication. If this is a pattern for this seller, than it's important to let the community know that they are unreliable. This is absolutely fraud.

Im just saying if something was going on with you, and people got upset, how would you feel.
If you must know she has a lot of family issues going on right now.
I too was upset at first but sometimes we just need to chill!
theyre pins, not food that will rott haha
 
I'm sorry that she has problems, we all have problems, but that's no excuse to take people's money and then not contact them at all for weeks. That's great that she's telling you what's going on, but she has a responsibility to the people that sent her money and unless she's in a coma in the hospital I'm sure she has 5 minutes before bed that she could just PM these people and let them know what's going on. At this point any one of the members that have sent her money, could turn this into a legal matter that could get your friend into A LOT of trouble, so I think a little negative feedback at this point, because she has been so careless with what other people might be going through in their life is absolutely warranted and quite frankly a lesson best learned here on the forum than in jail. This is not a misunderstanding, your friend has not communicated anything to the people who have bought things from her. I'm just trying to point out that this IS more serious than pins.
 
I have never met echo and I am just trying to have sense here. I bought pins, so I could see
it from your point of view. but why would I want to?
I am trying to stay positive. Did I spend a good amount of money, yes.
If you didnt buy pins, I dont see how this would be anyones business but
someone who has actually bought the pins. If you feel the need to get upset at her
for other people, then contact a mod, dont try to post things that are just going to make
the other buyers more upset! duh.
 
If you've read the other posts you can see that people are already upset. And whether I purchased something REALLY doesn't concern you, just as your purchases don't concern me. And it's great that you're sticking up for Echo, even though you're not her friend, but you're not doing her or yourself any favors. If people do take legal action, by speaking on her behalf, by relaying information you are now involved and can and probably will be called into court to testify. Someone here has already said that they've contacted their bank, if you really want to help than let Echo now, since she seems to respond to your PMs, that what is happening is VERY serious and at the very least, she needs to contact everyone who has made a purchase from her to let them know what's going on. I know it's difficult to talk to someone when you know that they are angry at you, but she's let this go on for way too long. What I'm saying is as much for her benefit because if she doesn't handle this right away, it's going to be something that she'll have to deal with for the rest of her life. At the very least, taking money for goods and not following through with delivery is a misdemeanor, and depending on how much money she's taken, well that's a felony. And considering that this isn't the first time this has happened, there seem to be a lot of people that they could pull in to testify against her. So again, this is more serious than pins.

First off, I AM NOT ECHORAPHAEL. We have the first same name, but we are two completely different people and a lot of folks here on the forum can testify to that. I've had questions in the past about it, so I just want to clear that up.

What I don't understand is if Echo is responding to your emails/PMs, Marisa, why doesn't she just send a quick note to everyone who has bought from her and let them know what's going on? I understand you're trying to be positive and upbeat, and I'm sure people appreciate that, people are going to get upset and freaked out whenever large sums of money like this are involved. It may not be considered a lot of money to some people, but to a lot of us pin traders, it certainly is!!

As for negative feedback, at this point I would probably be leaving it for her. If everything turns out okay in the end, I believe one of the admins can delete it later on. I could be wrong, but negative feedback is to be used when situations have not been resolved and at this point, they haven't. Just my two cents!! I really hope Echo pulls through and that whoever bought pins from her receive their packages soon!! ♥
 
I have her private email. For those who asked, she did respond to them. There are more buyers than you think!
We have all pmed eachother asking about the communication.
as far as being upbeat it takes someone to not act like a total jerk! LOL
And that is a lot of money for me too so it is not different from me than anyone else.
I have 3 jobs and I am a hard worker so if I want to blow money on pins then yeah, Im going
to blow money!

Echoharmony, sorry that your screen name and hers are so close. I myself accidentally sent a strongly-worded response to echoharmony by mistake and she was so gracious in pointing out I had the wrong "echo".

So, please keep in mind that echoharmony has a clean record (soon-to-be perfect feedback) and appears on the site regularly and as a good citizen.

^hahahaha I remember that! And actually, I do have perfect feedback :) the negative I have is invalid and going to be removed, as I've been told :) but thank you so much for vouching for me, I appreciate it!! It's not everyday there are TWO Echo's around in one place!!!

I need everyone who is *legitimately* involved with this dispute to send me (or another member of the DPF Staff) a private message explaining exactly what happened, what you purchased, when, attempted contact(s) to remedy the situation, and what you would like done to move forward. I also would like Echo to PM a response, detailing her side of the story. Please do not post about this on the boards any more; it will not accomplish anything productive and it will just inflame an already hostile situation. Once we (being DPF Staff) have everyone's version of events, we can decide how to proceed from this point forward.
