Now I see it, yes, it says not for sale, but the animator dolls are about the only dolls disney japan really sells so I assume they will get them sometime (though perhaps not util all the other stores get them back in stock), unless they are going to change the ADs and come out with a new set so that the set they give away is different from what the future set would be....

I don`t have a disney store anywhere around me but will probably ask my husband to check in the one thats around Shibuya if he has a chance.
 
Ahhhh I seriously cannot wait for the Disney Store to restock plush Sven and Olaf. I need those little cuties in my life but refuse to pay eBay prices.

I was very disappointed with the steel book not having the titles on, enough to cancel my pre order. But I did pre order the uk 3d blu ray Read that this is the art work for that version

If it is the art work then that will be my favourite art work, much prefer it to the regular dvd.
 

Would prefer Hans mostly because he looks pretty cool.

So I was thinking about ordering the Frozen Deluxe Edition soundtrack as a LE Vinyl set and was hesitant because of reviews on the company doing it, and then this weekend I came across this:

Felt more comfortable seeing it advertised on an official Disney blog, plus this week you can get a signed poster with it. I ordered it today to get the poster signed by songwriters Robert and Kristen Lopez.
On another note, I am so excited because I just got tickets to see Idina Menzel on Broadway in April!!!

The Bobby & "Kristina" Lopez set has already sold out. But they should be back up again on Friday.
The vinyls in general are LE3000 and they are hand numbered.

The vinyls don't really sell out fast. I think they started selling out like 5 hours later.
You can tell I am very happy about this, because I've always more gender neutral collectibles and I finally have something from Frozen! And it's autographed!

I debated wether or not I wanted The song writers and Directors, it was a tough decision to make, but I went with the song writers.
I'm just so happy. lol

She's so adorable! Love the LE dresses. The quality is amazing. We weren't able to get either and now I am totally kicking myself. I have been checking ebay everyday for a reasonably priced Elsa dress. Don't think it's going to happen.
 
Yessss!! I was so happy to get the email with a chance to upgrade my order. I went for the songwriters as well.
 
What the heck. They said they would go live with the Posters today at 12. I placed my order at 12 and assumed it would just go with that but now they added the third option?
 
i literally was stalking the local disney store every other day because i saw the elsa mug once, along with all the other frozen merchandise, and was iffy on whether on it to get it. i didn't love "frozen" but i respected the direction the movie took (pushing the boundaries) and i would be a liar if i said it wasn't a gorgeous movie.

anyway, i mostly wanted the mug for my paintbrushes because elsa's outfit is so pretty... and the mug is tall enough for my paintbrushes to not fall over.

so i kept going over to the disney store to see if they had any mugs. i saw the merchandise slowly decline (music boxes there one day, not there the next, new merchandise like the look-for-it or whatever book was there suddenly) but i finally got it. it's a little narrow for my intended use of it, but meh.

i really do hope they do another snow globe. i've been sort of disappointed with the tangled and frozen snow globes. or maybe with future films they can do something? even barbie movie ones from way back are sort of more interesting! and i don't know if it's fair to compare but i do so because they sort of look like cake toppers to me and not really "elaborate" (for the lack of a better word) snow globes. they are pretty and there are certainly aspects of them that i like but... urgh. CONFLICTED.

I believe on Stitch Kingdom it said that they would come out at 9am EST? If you did place an order before these posters came out they actually send you an email asking you if you wanted one and actually let you choose too. Which was nice of them. If you wanted the songwriters there is another chance to get them on Friday. All the others will only be doing the signing once. I think tomorrow are the directors? The the executive producer on Wed and the score composer on Thursday before reverting back to the song writers on Friday.

LOL you would not believe what happened with me.

I pre-ordered the vinyl a couple of months ago. Then they announced the autographs and stitch Kingdom said that they would be out by 9. So I had to wake up at 7 my time and pre-order them. However there was nothing different and I just assumed that I was within the 50 that day and they just won't tell us till we get it. But NO! Lo and behold! I checked the website again at 1 and guess what... THEY HAD A SEPARATE LISTING FOR THE AUTOGRAPHS! I was so mad cause that was the third order...
So I pre-ordered for the third time and I just sent them an email asking them to cancel the 2 previous orders. Ironically... 10 minutes after i ordered them, i got the upgrade email. I was so mad.

I'm so grateful that these are pre-orders. I was joking with sister telling her that I spent her Frozen LE dolls money pre-ordering 1 soundtrack. lol. But yeah, I hate when they put a hold on your card for pre-orders. Glad that this company didn't, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the autographed version.

I almost ordered mine this morning, thinking the same as you -- that it was a hit or miss with the posters and you'd find out later. So then, because I was hesitating, wondering if I really wanted to spend even MORE money on Disney stuff, I waited, came back to the page in the afternoon and almost paid for what was still in my cart. I decided at the last minute to refresh the page and start over and I saw the third option.

My order went though sometime between 2 and 3pm EST and then about 10-15 minutes after I received my confirmation, it was sold out. I must have gotten one of the last ones with the poster. I'm a little nervous that since it was sold out so soon after I ordered and that I ordered so late in the day they will come back and say no sorry you didn't get it, especially if they sent everyone who ordered emails with an option to get the poster. Fifty seems like such a small number for me to have gotten it so late in the day.
 
Wow. So I ordered it before the third option went up and paid with paypal. Then I find out later today about the third option, much after it's sold out. I emailed the company asking for an upgrade, seeing as the same poster issued today will be issued again on Friday, and they told me no. So now I have to go about getting a refund. This was not presented well in advance for the public. I am confused and frustrated by this release
 

Ah sorry to hear about that, that is a little frustrating of them and I agree with you in that they didnt really give anyone enough details about the release. I would have done the same thing as you and just ordered the normal one thinking that it would include the poster as well.

Does anyone know what time it did end up coming out online?
 

If it says in your confirmation email that you ordered the set "signed by _________" then you should be fine.
 

You've got friday! And that sucks about them not letting you upgrade. I feel bad too cause I cancelled my order. if I knew I was gonna upgrade my other order and give it to you.

But if you order after 9 AM (according to the time Stitch Kingdom gave out), then they should let you upgrade. Tell them that!

Polaris: They went up at 12 PM I believe.
 


I agree about it not being presented well, the article I posted on this thread earlier made it sound like it was a contest of some sort. I was actually quite surprised that it ended up being an option to purchase.

Yeah it says in the email Item Ordered: "Deluxe Vinyl + Exclusive Signed Poster ( With Bobby & Kristin Lopez signed poster)" so I should be good. I must have gotten the last or second to last one. Glad I didn't wait any longer!
 

Ahh cool ok the strange thing is when I got the email I still got to choose the song writers even though it had sold out. I guess they gave preference to those that ordered a while ago? I am assuming that on Friday that they will have fewer song writer posters available because people that ordered previously and chose the song writers they would have taken that out of the Friday stock since the Monday one had already sold out?

I know I got the upgrade email at around 4pm EST and was able to choose the songwriters and got a confirmation for it as well so that would have been about an hour after they had sold out online.

Did you order this Monday or some time before? Just wondering if they offered the upgrade to everyone who ever ordered the item or just people that ordered this morning.
 
Just checked the time on my confirmation email and it was later than I thought -- 3:41pm EST, so it must have sold out around 4pm. Polaris, you might have gotten one of the last ones of the day if you got your confirm email around that time.
