And here's the snow globe. Personally I think its terrible. The characters look bad and there isn't really any creativity behind it when compared to the Brave one. BTW, why are we not getting that many snow globes this year? There were so many last year..

If your friend picks Elsa there is nothing stopping you from buying one for yourself is there? Just seems like you are always buying dolls for everyone else, your sister and your friends even though it seems like you would appreciate it more than they would and I cannot see why you couldnt buy one for yourself once in a while im sure your sister and your friends wouldnt mind as you sound like a great brother and friend for already doing all this for them so you should reward yourself every now and then :).

In relation to Anna's cape, they probably will, I mean they added a cape in Merida's outfit even though she was only in one for less than a minute in the movie :P. Either way whatever they do decide to release the dolls in I am sure they will look amazing!

The snow globe is like the rapunzel one currently on UK disneystore! Depending on price in ££s I think I will get it. I like the base it's pretty :) and I like the characters... I hope they release a more interesting one too though! If they don't they've missed a huge opportunity..... I mean the whole movie is full of snow!!!!!!!
 
Totally bummed with the snowglobe!!! Where's the creativity??? It looks like the ornament figure set in a globe:( i hope it will look better in person like many DS products do. The last snowglobe from a disney film I bought was for Princess and the frog, the bayou wedding scene. As of late, there haven't been many globes like in the past.

Haha Thanks. But I don't really enjoy buying dolls for myself. I'm more of a Snow Globe/vinylmation person. Plus, my friend would appreciate the doll way more than me.. . I am getting the vinylmations when they come out but I'm not getting that cheap looking snow globe.
 
I found this picture and thought it would be a nice idea to share it with you guys:

It's from one of those children books that were released this month. I think it might explain why they decided to do the LE dolls in those outfits. Elsa looks more fitting in her winter queen attire while Anna looks to love the spring/summer season which is represented in her green, coronation gown. It's just a theory ;)

Lovely picture. That's also a good theory too because it shows the how different the sisters are like the seasons of the year, and make them be seen more as individuals. (Though I do love Anna's winter outfit lol)
 
I'm probably in the minority, but I like Anna's green dress better. I don't think Anna *likes* the cold weather, so I see them justifying it that way, along with what you are all saying about making them more individuals.
 
Love the theory; never thought about it until I saw your post! Could be exactly what Disney was thinking; showing more symbols of seasons changing and what each sister "represents" thanks for the thought:-)

I love the green dress! I would also prefer a LE of her to be wearing that :)
