Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
I'm pretty sure the pre-order is out. It seemed odd that they would do a pre-order and then release the dolls only 2-3 weeks later. I'm thinking they are going to release the dolls closer to the actual movie release date as well. Just seems to make more sense to do it that way. I'm going to try and catch my CM manager on Friday and see what is going on. They are very good about telling me what going on with doll releases once they know.

I totally understand the surfing the net and finding stuff you want! I'm a marvel nerd too and I just found these AWESOME figures made by Hot Toys......I must have them now!!!

Hot Toys is crazy addicting too lol! You can debox those without feeling guilty for they are meant to be opened :) Now I'm just being selective about my figures since I've been collecting Disney. I'm going after Loki! Back on topic. I'll just be on the lookout this upcoming Monday and whatnot. I doubt my store will be getting anything but I'll find out Sunday!

Yep I'll be asking my store managers Friday. Hopefully they can shine a little light on this for me and everyone.

Hot Toys are completely addicting.....I'm thinking we should make a thread for this, since Marvel is apart of Disney...I think I will make one ^^

Do you guys think I should make a Marvel thread? That way we can talk about it there instead of on the Frozen page? LOL, too many things to get addicted too but I love having people who share my addictions!!!

So it looks like the Frozen Jumbo pin is going to be released on Nov 14, details of its release are up on the Disney Store UK website. I guess whoever mentioned it would be after the Aladdin box set was correct.

I saw this on tumblr and I just could believe what I was seeing. Kudos to whoever did this. You have talent!

I really hope that the LE doll will look like this.. Wow.. just wow..

Yes, there is a Cast Member store (Mickey's of Glendale) on the Disney Studio lot in Glendale, CA. I've never been there, but if I wanted to go, I would need to be signed in by a Disney Cast Member or go to one of the special D23 Days that they have a few times a year (I am a D23 Member). That store is where the WDI pins are released.

Uhmmm actually this information is wrong. Mickeys of Glendale and the animation studio store are completely different buildings and in two totally different locations. Yes you do need a cast member to get in. And you actually have to get your guest pass at wdi before non cast members are allowed to be admitted there and I don't believe being a D23 member has any privilege of getting into the animation store... The animation studio store is actually located on the animation studio lot which is completely different and should not be confused with the mickeys of Glendale which is where the imagineers are located. Also... Wdi pins are only released at wdi. The animation store doesn't sell wdi merchandise.

Hmm, so the pin might be coming out a week before the dolls (if the dolls do come out on Nov 20th). At least in the UK they will, I wonder is then the US is going to have the pin go on sale on that day too....Well I'm not to worried about that because I have decided to stay away from pins. More for everyone else! ^^

Well it may be released earlier or the same time as the UK, sorta like with the Art of Ariel pin, that came out during the expo in the US but then came out several weeks later in the UK. Looking forward to getting this pin.

That Anna mod is quite stunning. Really accents the mold. The artist also did a wicked mod of the Vanessa doll.

Hoping to get that pin. Like the previous Ariel, I'm not too in love with it, but I know I'll regret missing it.

Oh wow, that OOAK is amazing! Really like the white-haired Anna especially.

As for the 4 doll lot, perhaps the cast member was referring to the mini 4 pack of Frozen dolls coming soon and the person thought they meant LEs? That would also explain having 18 sets.

I got my Anna and Elsa Doll set today in the mail today :D They don't have the D23 sort of packaging we saw previously on the site. Nonetheless they are very beautiful in the packaging.
I love what they did with Elsa's hair. I think these dolls are so well done. They actually look like their movie counterparts. I wish Rapunzel was made in the same way. Would be nice to see a OOAK Rapunzel made from one of these dolls.

I got the coronation set last week, it's lovely but the legs have been badly distorted from their position in the package. I have the 'ordinary' ones for Christmas and am now worried the legs on these will be the same. Has anyone experienced this with the regular outfit dolls?

Oh yes, the legs (the ones with a hinge knee joint) are pretty much luck of the draw with these dolls. Sometimes they will be okay but sometimes they will be super bow-legged. I have noticed this from the dolls I have bought and from peoples pictures on flickr as well

I love both dolls, but Elsa is my favorite. I'm not quite sure what's up with Anna's hair. It's supposed to be an up do, but it looks like it's part up and part down. I would have preferred that it looked the way it does in the movie.
