Gnoming Around the World Game (...and here we go!)

Here's Donald during his adventure in Calgary, Alberta. Seeing as we are the host of the ever famous Calgary Stampede, of course Donald's one and only request was to go bull riding. I told him that was a little too dangerous so we agreed that he could hang out with a cowboy instead! He had a blast riding a horse and pretending that he was in a western movie...he even got to wear his own little stetson hat~ but in the end he decided he liked his gnome hat better.

He is now on his way to The Alyssadon! Hopefully he gets there safe and sound! He is ready for his next adventure :)

Mickey and I went to Manhattan today! He wanted to take a ride in a paper airplane and glide through the tall buildings like he saw in Paperman! He said it was a lot of fun. After a short while it started to rain and we had to find something indoors to do so we went to the Disney Store in Times Square. We met some tourists who couldn't speak English but they thought Mickey was adorable. We saw lots of Minnie dressed as the Statue of Liberty too. Mickey said he missed Minnie and couldn't wait to see her again back home. He's now on his way to California!


(Note about this photo: I'm going for the Artistic category so I was trying out the Color Accent feature in my camera to make only the color red appear like in the Paperman short. No photoshop was involved other than resizing the image which I hope is okay. The original image was huge at 5MB. I'm not entering this one but here's the photoshopped version of what I was trying to do. Notice that only Gnome Mickey's hat is red in that one.)

Hi guys! Donald is loving it here in Arizona. He was hoping to go for a scenic hike, but this weekend was so windy and I have allergies, so I took him for a desert walk instead. Here he is sniffing the blossoms of a prickly pear cactus. we both agreed that the colors complemented him well. :)

Mickey arrived today safe and sound! Already took him around town for pictures after work (I wish I could do daytime pictures). I'm going to put up pictures on Wednesday once I have time to go to the places I want Mickey to visit :)
 
So I just realized that I don't know HandA's address so could someone possibly pm me the address when they have the time? I'm excited to get the gnome after Rose!
