Hi DPF,
So I thought I would show my Great Mouse Detective Collection.Yes, I know it's kind of random. The movie has always been one of my favorites and I feel like it's very underrated. So naturally I would want t collect the pins. I'm very close to having all "obtainable" pins. I believe I'm only missing about six or so. If anyone is trading any of the ones I don't have, feel free to send me a PM with an offer!
I drew and painted the background myself on a canvas board. It took me a while, and it's not perfect, but I think I'm happy with the way it turned out :)
Also, does anyone else here collect The Great Mouse Detective?

I love this! Im not the biggest GMD fan, since I didnt see it until I was an adult, but I love the canvas and the pins. they look great.
 
I love your display! I don't collect GMD but I have been seriously thinking about starting to. I think Olivia is adorable and I love Basil.
 
Everyone likes something different, and that is a great collection! GMD was one of the very first films I ever saw in a movie theatre :) Wish I could help you out!
 
great collection, its one of my favourite films.....!! Its funny because the other day i was just saying if I ever finish this UP collection of mine, id love to collect basil the great mouse detective....its an obscure collection, but a great one, and as many dont have such a collection, makes it all the more special!! Well done!! fantastic board too!! And that Olivia ptd is too cute!! x
 
Nice work on the canvas. It's a great way to display the pins. better than on original cards in a drawer ! ( as I do) Do you hang the canvas on the wall ?

Yes I do hang the boards on the wall. I've got three walls covered with about 25 boards and it's getting crowded, haha.
