Has anyone see this pin before? It's very similar to the one linked below but it doesn't seem ever to have been joined to another pin. The back is plain and very dark grey. Just wondering if I should add it to Pinpics. I received it in a small ebay lot of a childhood collection that someone was selling .

Yes that's what I thought but couldn't see it on a set either, although some of the photos are very small!

He is so cute! I love that pin!! If you trade it...please let me know! I've never seen it...but then I've never seen the carousel horse set either!!

I also collect Aladdin and I've never seen this, either. Probably something from the early to Mid 90's :O

Wellll if you're trading it, I'd definitely be interested :'D

You have loads of pins I'd like. I'm in the UK though, if that makes any difference to you. I also have quite a few on your wants list

plain dark grey back... might be a propin or sedesma. I have an old Frollo Sedesma that has the same "type" of art work. deep grooves, prominent lines. Also from the 90's. and since your UK... did you purchase from a UK or Europe seller? the Sedesma's were Europe.

It was a UK seller, but she had a couple of pins from Disneyland Paris which I also can't find on pinpics. Possibly she bought Abu in a store over there or in Europe somewhere.

Thinking about it there was a Sedesma winnie hugging piglet pin which is made in a similar way. The back was similar to Abu, except the winnie pin had Sedesma S.A. printed on the back. It is like a propin. She also had two dalmation puppies which had "propin Germany" on the back. I think the back of Abu is the same, but without the name printed. I'd guess it's a propin
