I semi regret trading my stained glass elsa, because I wouldn't be able to afford to buy that one back. However I got a very special lion king grail from it. So swings and roundabouts as they say!

I wish you good luck with that! I was planning on buying it for a long time and never came around to it... then it went up in price :(

I got this pin for $20 on ebay. I nearly bought 2 since there were 2 auctions with it. When I entered my grad program I wanted the pin because I planned on study the Revolution. Long story short, for about a year and a half I dropped studying the Revolution since I didn't get along with our American Rev scholar. I traded the pin because I wasn't studying the American Revolution anymore. My thesis is on the American Revolution and I'm desperately trying to get this pin back. If anyone has it, I'm willing to trade almost anything in my collection for it or buy it. I just love the pin so much and am kicking myself for trading it.

I traded my UK Tiana and Charolette pin to someone becuase they had lost theirs....I saw them selling it later and since I know I can never afford to get one again, yes I regret trading it..

I did the samething for a friend, I traded them a UP beloved tale they have been looking for and no less then a week later they sold it. It hurts sometimes :/

Ive hears some pretty famous zaps stories from you and your wife, im not surprised you would regret some, especially the higher value zaps I see on here are amazing!

I dont think its because of the value that he regrets it, I think its because some people are unappreciative or turn out to be psycho.

I have so many trading regrets that I have a really hard time trading at all, higher value pins, I just think, what if I don't make a smart trade, what if that pin is more valuable in the future, what if I can buy it later on for less than what I traded it for. I guess that's why it's taken me so long to get into the trading thing at all. Buying pins is so much safer, I set a price limit and no matter how much I want the pin, I TRY to stick to it, sometimes not as well as I'd like, but then again it's hard to watch a grail slip by, I'm still upset that I waited to bid on that Little Hiawatha lot, some of those pins have never showed up anywhere.

Me and my girlfriend always keep and eye on our pins and pins we want on ebay so that we have a price average on pin trades instead of just feeling the trade

Four pins come to mind. Immediately after trading them I decided that I would try to get replacements, but years down the line I have still not managed to get these: Surprisingly two are only open edition.

Think my biggest regret is not buying the Beloved Tales for regular price back in June of 2009 when I visited DSF for the first (and only) time. There was the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, and Mulan there that I can remember. My mom even asked me if I wanted to buy any of them and I said no. I could kick myself for not doing so now after seeing all the people that are looking for them now and how I could've gotten some pins that I really want for them now. But then I just think of the Beloved Tales that I do have that are in my collection and just try to be thankful for that :)

Same regret goes for when the Snow White PODM came out. I only bought 2 and should've gotten more. Also traded one of those for an Alice in Wonderland PODM that I kind of regret doing.

So pretty much I would say not buying certain pins when I had the chance is my biggest regret.
