Unfortunately this isn't the first time a high end pin of mine has gone missing while I'm at the tables trading, nor has it been the first time I've had a sinking feeling I was the victim of theft. I'm so incredibly disheartened My Sword in the Stone beloved tale went missing while I was trading in person with people! This is a pin I can't afford to replace, and one I was hoping to use to get me a little closer to owning one of my Tangled grails. I've never been able to get any of my Tangled grails, and have been searching for 2 years now. I feel like now that this BT has disappeared(probably stolen), so has my chance of ever obtaining any of my Tangled grails. I'm so frustrated!! I've looked absolutely everywhere, I've even asked other people to search through their things to make sure it wasn't accidentally put in with their stuff, with no luck.

So I plead to you all now. If you have come across this pin by accident, know someone who has, or whatever, please please let me know!! If by some miracle my pin is returned to me, no questions will be asked, I just want my pin back I work at Disneyland and don't make that much money, certainly not enough to be able to afford to replace this pin. Please help! If you were trading at the last PTN, at the little green men tables last Sunday, or at My D Pins yesterday(Sunday), please take a look through your stuff and see if my pin may have accidentally found its way in with yours! I'm pretty sure I know around when it disappeared but I named numerous days just to cover all bases. Please please please help me find my lost pin!! I've been feeling discouraged lately in general and this just feels like the last blow. I'm trying to keep my chin up but it's really hard, with a loss like this.

Thanks for reading!

Thanks everyone...I feel absolutely sickened over this, I could hardly sleep last night, I'm so exhausted emotionally and physically. Yes it's just a shiny piece of metal but they have a lot of sentimental meaning to me, and I had high hopes of this one helping me get something I really wanted now my dreams are crushed.

funny i never manage to "accidentally" end up with somebodies Beloved Tales PIn. Gee i hope you keep your pins in plastic sleaves with the backs secured through the outside.
That certainly stinks...since those pins have increased in value from their purchase price.

I'm so sorry Echo. That BT is such a beautiful pin and I hope someone comes forward with it. We are so trusting at times at the tables that we forget that there are those out there who do not know the sense of ownership, just out there to steal off of others. Let us know if it does turn up.

I am so sorry that happened to you. Sending hopes and pixie dust that it finds it's way back to you somehow.

Reading this, and knowing there are people who stoop to these lows makes me sick to my stomach too. Who would do something like this to a fellow trader? Ugh ...

I hope that you will somehow get a replacement, or better yet a grail in an unexpected way

Bump for you!

I hope it turns up and wish you a very cheerful day! Try to keep your mind on other happy things!

Best,
Melanie

Selen, yes this is common these days sadly. My Tangled POMP disappeared at Mickey's Circus last year. Others had their pins stolen as well. Marissa had two marquees lifted from her own home after generously inviting others to attend a day of pin trading.
I also keep my pins in binders, in plastic sleeves with the the pin attached. The POMP pins are an exception due to there size. If I take a rare pin, I keep it hidden in case a grail would make an appearance. I have learned the hard way, to never leave my spot and watch like a hawk. I truly hope your pin magically reappears dear echo. Such a sad thing, that others steal from good people. I know how you feel sweetie. Hugs

this really breaks my heart! stuff like this should never happen, but especially when Disney stuff if concerned. is nothing sacred??

I'm so sorry this happened to you, Echo. everything I read of you shows that you are a really great person.

I know exactly how you feel Echo as my UK Tangled Gondola went missing at last months trading at Riverside. I keep hoping it will reappear when I go in June. For me they ripped the plastic page protector and pulled the pin off the card and left me the empty card. I hope someone realizes they have your pin and does return it to you.

^ WTH?! That is terrible!!!! >:-(

Echo, I'm so sorry this happened to you but I wish you all the pixie dust in the world that you can be reunited with either that pin or something even better.
