I realize that ptds are no longer being sold at the moment, but that page was apart of my daily/hourly routine. lol I think it shouldn't have been closed because it was still a very popular topic after the DSF announcement. Can we start a petition or something to revive that thread?

I understand why it was closed, but I miss it too. I was enjoying all the speculation about what the next ones will be and it was cool to see everyone helping each other get their must-haves.
 
i was all over the place, i think there should be a new thread every PTD and not a permanent thread for all the PTDs that or a thread only one person can edit or comment on because its just going to end the same way.
 
I really enjoyed it too and got really excited for those who collect PTD. It was really fun to see each new pin. I can't wait for them to start again, although I'm sure those who collect PTDs are okay with a bit more of a break.

I do with the OP would have had all the recent PTDs and not just the current one, cause I kept missing some and not realizing it.
 
Like Dancecats mentioned the thread got a little off topic. The ptd thread wasn't organized and informational towards the end, it became pages on pages of people either exclaiming how much they wanted the current ptd or how ridiculous the price they had to pay for some.
I think a break from that thread was what we all needed to keep our sanity lol
I'm guilty of checking that thread dozens of times a day stressing over what they would release next and the speculation was fun too but a fresh thread (when the next one is released) Is what we all needed :)
 
On the note of them selling the again, how will we know when that happens? Are the local folks keeping an eye on it?
 
While I adore the PTD section I visited it constantly it always saddened me because I don't think ill ever own a PTD however it did turn my frown upside down to see others obtain PTDs and how excited they were. :)

I follow them on FB but they I think they announced 2 or 3 out of the last 10 that were released. Doesn't help me like those frantic calls and texts that some of our members get. I'm just so worried they would release a character I collect and would not know about it until it was too late and I have to either pay the mark up or trade heavily for it. I missed out on Ariel because and no one who has my number thought to let me know. I woke up the next morning and I felt my stomach just drop and I was so upset that I felt the need to drive all the way down there just to get something.

I sit here like this :anxious: now because I'm just waiting for Charlotte which I know will come out eventually.
 
hmm hmm hmm, i wonder if the rumor of PTDs starting up again is true. i guess we'll find out when they start selling ice cream today. hmm hmm hmm
