You know those days when you think to yourself "I'm an adult, I am mature." And then you look over at your bed and see...

And you just go... Well never mind then.

Anyone else have a day like that?

Well it's pretty much like that since I was born till now .... & I'm pretty much proud of that.

& I could pretty much say that for all Disney fans who has pin boards all over in their houses & Disney plush mountain on their beds :D

Hee hee hee. I'm, let's just say, in my 30s, and every day I carry my Disney Store Frozen lunch tote (thankfully purchased at retail--one small victory!) to work. There's a time and a place for maturity, but mostly it's just overrated. Stay fun forever!

Yep Have ton of plush so you are not all alone in this, and I love everyone of them, no not all Disney, but lots of Mice and cute ones that I liked. But as we get older we realize that we have to stop getting stuffed toys since we run out of room to put them places, or the dog takes them to play with, which is a no no.

Nope, not alone. I'm also in my 30's and my home, cube, and person are always have something stuffed and disney. Luckily, my two good friends at work are also Disney fans and we have Disney Fridays at the office; i.e. sit around and talk Disney all day. Adulthood is overrated.

I'm not in my 30's but I am a 20 year old boy who has been collecting since 18! Needless to say I am in the same boat and I am not like most people my age! But I can promise I am the most proud Disney collector and Disney fanatic!

I really thought I was the only one in my 30's with Disney plushies on my bed! lol! Also do you find that EVERY TIME you go to Disney or Disney store the plashes just CALL YOUR NAME??? LOUDLY!!!??!! It's ridiculous! I don't have any more room! Honestly, I feel I am adopting them! :) THESE PLUSHIES AT THE STORE MUST HAVE A HOME!!! (and it always seems to be mine...hmmm..). :)

Those are just the guys I sleep with. Dug & Copper are on my shelf. But it is nice to know I'm not the only not adult adult. There are also How to Train your Dragon dragons hanging from the ceiling.

But I so love my plush.

To make it better, Perry makes his 'gggggggrrrrr' sound when you press his foot and Kevin is from FAO in New York. :)

i say embrace it. the world has plenty of adult-y things to do in it so going "you know what? plushies... lots of plushies" is good. my friend is super into this one sport and i'm like "that's cool" so if i find someone judging me for my collection, i just go like "... well, i'm sure you have something you are passionate about or like collecting". like shoes or something. lol never got into shoe shopping.

i love kevin's purrs and growls. omg.
and there is a plush of baby kevin in the egg sack thing. HNNGGGGGGG. KEVIN.

dug is pretty cute too. <3 PUPPY. <3

............. WEO.

I have an army of simbas on my bed. I can't sleep with out my medium plush Simba. He comes everywhere with me when I travel.

My mom is in her 70s and loves plush toys. I'm 40 and still buy plush. Love seasonal Minnie Mouse plush and Duffy and Winnie the Pooh and his friends and whatever else strikes my fancy.

This C.S. Lewis is my favorite quote. It is longer, but I chose the most important part:

"When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.”

As others have stated, being grown up is over-rated. Enjoy whatever keeps you young at heart. Don't ever let anyone tell you differently.

I'm 24 and, um...well....

And if you use one of those links to visit my Flickr, you'll see my other collections. American Girl, Build-A-Bear, and Disney are just a few of them. I swear I must have over a hundred dolls living in my bedroom...plus another hundred or so stuffed animals. Apparently I have "Sharayah Must Collect EVERYTHING She Sees" syndrome.

I'm 28 (or will be in 2 days) and my sister is 21. .. We both have "stuffed animal menageries" which include several Disney plushies. Heck, when I had knee surgery at 25, I took my Stitch monster plushie into the surgery prep room with me. Yes, the staff laughed and poked fun - until the charge nurse told them she took her sock monkey into her last procedure less than a year beforehand. They all went quiet and sheepishly away, but a few came up and started to talk Disney with me while I waited for the drugs to kick in before the surgery. :)

David (Docfish2u) just told me the other day that he still sleeps with the teddy bear he had when he was a kid. :naughty::naughty::lol::lol:

I am also a 30 something with a life long major crush on all things Disney. Some fads come and go, but being a Disney Fan will never go out of style. Lets all just proudly own it.:hsd: ~Aloha :stitch:
