Dear Sneaky McSnearkerson Mean Person Seller,

When you look in your closet tonight this is what you will find:

Love Always, and For NEVER,

OMG SUNNY!! Hahahahaha! +1,000,000 to you ;D Now, I'm really, really sorry to hear that about your pin. I've got my fingers crossed for you that the seller refunds you or helps you out. That should have been mentioned in the auction for $70. The Ariel profile pin I got , I paid $80 for and there's a long scratch across the bottom of her hair. I did wind up keeping it though because the scratch is light and I've heard there's ways to buff scratches out of pins. Plus that pin is so hard to find. In any case, I hope you get this resolved quickly hun :(

I would just like to state how overly emotional today I am: I just watched the first five minutes of Coyote Ugly and when John Goodman comes out and wishes Violet good luck I totally cried (sweet Dad scene always make me cry, I love my daddy!): it must be a full moon, not that I am not mad about the pin... just really overly emotional today.

Oh and I am OBSESSED WITH SUNNY. I can quote practically every episode from start to finish.

What a horrible thing to happen, I hope u manage to sort it out with the seller, like many have said, give the seller the benefit of the doubt until you her from them, hopefully they will be willing to refund or come to a good conclusion, if not, open a dispute with eBay....you would stand a good chance, as if none of the flaws were in the original description, they'd probably side with you. Good luck, keep us posted xx

I'm so sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you'll manage to get this sorted, perhaps they'll offer you your money back, but for now, you need to give them the benefit of the doubt. Keep us posted though, I hope everything works out.

A little update:
The seller said to mail back the pin (regular mail) and upon receiving it they would send out a different one (they have one in their personal collection). They says it was a total oversight (which I can understand) however, he also stated that he felt he would have no problem trading it even with the issues it had.

Well I sent the pin out 2 Day with Tracking... so now I am just waiting.

So sorry to hear of your initial disappointment ... I can understand your misgivings when youve spent alot on the pin. Seems strange that the seller has a second he can offer as a replacement, for me that would ring alarm bells. I would love to get this pin myself, but have held off time and time again from buying, because of the issues with Flynns eyes and the rumours that there are fakes. I sincerely hope the replacement is good, I'm crossing my fingers for you.

Thanks, he said it was from his personal collection and if I was not happy with the new one then he would send a refund. We will see... The initial pin was not a fake... or a scrapper just in really bad condition.

It's not strange that the seller has more than one pin. Many people buy more than one pin. One for themselves, one for a trade/sell, one for a spare. I know someone that buys more than one of a keychain or Duffy plush (at least 3) so one is for home, one is to take out with him, use with his keys, etc., and the spare is in case something happens to the one that is used.

I'm glad you're getting somewhere with this, I hope the replacement is in good condition! Fingers and toesies crossed for you!
