Is my Snow White Seasons pin possessed ?

I bought this Snow White pin 2-3 yrs ago on Ebay. I was so happy to win the auction, I did not even pay attention to the red eye.

Then, when I was showing this pin to a friend, she pointed out that one eye was ghastly.

This pin is not my keeper, it is among my traders. I get so many trade requests for her, and I sent a picture to another friend who wanted to trade for it. Her response was "Your pin is possessed"

So, what do I do with my possessed pin? Is there anyone who specializes in pin demons ?? LOL ...

Kidding aside, this is an error pin, but where do I go from here? Is it more desired because some people collect error pins? Is it less valuable because one eye is messed? Do you think that some would not mind because this pin is so rare?

Any thoughts? Help is appreciated

i will give you a house in long Island , Amytiville to be exact, a small farm in Sharon Ct<look it up, its famous as a haunted town>, a ghost restaurant here in Fl and any combo of pins I have for trade for it,

now I do have the pin excersist handbook and it specifically says : "Villains with new wives who love snow white can cure this condition" on the other hand this particular imperfection may or may not effect trade value, to purist, it will decrease the value, to us who just drool in wonder, it wont matter at all.

just my unhumble offer

She should spend some time with ZOMBIE RAPUNZEL. :anxious:

But in all seriousness - maybe some a steady hand, white enamel paint and a very, VERY fine paintbrush? That is ... kind of unsettling, haha!!

Maybe use some white nail polish or white-out real carefully ?

I have some appliance repair enamel to cover the nicks on fridge, stove etc. from Home Depot, maybe that would work.

Or maybe some eye drops for pink eye ?

Oh man, what a bummer!! She does look demonic, eek!

My vote is with the steady hand and touch of white enamel paint. But man, it's so small you'd need a reeeeeally steady hand. I think I'd be too afraid to try it!

I was only joking when I said that  This is not in my collection, I have a proper version of this same pin in my collection luckily. This is my trader pin, so I would not alter it myself.

I am only trying to see if people would be still interested in this.

Honestly, as one of my more wanted pins, I'm not sure I would trade for it unless it were "discounted" so to speak...Other people may feel differently though!

or...
You could say the prince is...the apple of her eye?

Okay...horrible jokes aside, I think she still retains some value. Normally I think error pins are more valuable but she is a tad frightening. However an error pin collector may find her very interesting? I think it is definitely a person to person basis for interest. If I got her I would fix her up with some enamel, or send her to someone else to do it, so it wouldn't bother me much!

Oh... MY !

Hahaha...um... well, can't lie... that picture kinda scared me! Honestly, I think it's still a valuable pin even with the error but just brace yourself for those that will be quick to cry "Counterfeit/scrapper!"

I still would consider it tradable as long as you are up front and honest about the flaw. I'm betting that to someone with the proper know how and tools, that's totally fixable.

But as of now... I dub her "Snow Regan" I couldn't resist...

It's obvious that that she was out drinking with the girls and had one too many. It would explain the holly in her hair

So, she is not possessed, but just hung-over? I think I like this option better.

It is time that SW would give up her very boring domestic damselle position and start living it up a bit

Very valid point But there are only 4 people trading this including myself and it is LE 250. I hope that people will understand that this is an error pin. I bought it from a lady who was leaving pin trading and selling her whole collection. She sold some mighty good DA pins at that time including the Art Nouveou jumbos.

I'm betting that to someone with the proper know how and tools, that's totally fixable.

If anyone knows someone who can fix this professionally, please contact me. Then I can keep this one for my own collection, and trade my other good one for a proper trade.

If someone crys counterfeit, tell then no... its just an error. lol

I like her. i do not collect snow white but that is just awesome.

while one the one hand, she is a error and "not worth as much".. On the other hand, she is an ERROR and people might like her more. lol Give her her own pinpics listing with photo, error title, and all. Then see if you get offers on her.

Now that is one scary looking pin! :eek2:

If you ever find that person that likes error pins and/or someone that can professionally fix them, please let us know. We have the Aladdin with Stitch as the genie pin and didn't realize that one of Aladdin's eyes is flesh colored. Whenever we tell people this they immediately lose interest in it and no longer are willing to trade for it.

She's rather beautiful, despite the blood shot eye .... I'm sure someone would still love to have her!

I have a Stitch error pin, with a slither of incorrect colour on his ear, and as Mischiefmanaged has experienced, no-one ever wants to trade for it when I tell them of the error.

She best go see a doctor and get all the necessary "tests" - god only knows what got into her eye after a night of drinking and rolling around in the bushes.

This one is a KEEPER!!

Is it possible to smudge a hickey on her neck? That would just add a little something special to this pin.

Hi Selen! I'm sure there is someone out there that collects the error pins but I think it looks a little creepy.
