I'm glad that it sounds like we were all able to snag the dolls we wanted...thanks again to everyone on here working together to help each other out I am off to bed night all
 
I seriously could kick myself for not getting Ariel back during the pre order. I want her so bad. She's gorgeous!

I was going through my inventory of dolls (been collecting all kinds for years), and I kept picturing her beautiful hair and face. Sigh...

Congrats to all of you who were able to get her though! Along with the other TLM dolls tonight




A little off topic but I'd like to add that I have a designer snow white (2011) that I'm letting go of. If anyone is interested please pm me <3
 
So happy I decided to get the whole set. I was really on the fence about Eric and Ursula but I think they will look amazing together! Can't wait for them to arrive

Hey guys thanks for the concern, all good just been a crazy busy night. I managed to get both dolls which I am happy about, so my collection is still complete and noticed most of you did too. Congrats to everyone that was able to get the dolls they wanted.


I also received my confirmation email right after I placed my order and it is currently in an active status. Mind you I will feel a lot better once I get the your Disney store order is on its way email. Until then there are a whole multitude if things that Disney could do to stuff up my order lol.

glad to hear that it sounds like it is sorted. I was really hoping this would go easy for you because of the fiasco with Ariel us Aussies need to stick together as we are a small group, mind you it looks like more and more Aussies are becoming aware if these dolls as I noticed some listings on eBay from Aussie sellers. Mind you we all appear to be in the same state!

Now that that is all over, for now we can relax until the Frozen LE release.
 
Hahahaha! I just checked my bank account to see if the money was actually taken out of my account and (never thought I'd say this, but) thankfully I have been charged. But the funny part is this is what it says underneath:
"Merchant Description
MISC/SPECIALTY RETAIL (FIREWRKS, TROPHIES, GRAVESTONES)"
Such an odd description...and in that order?! Hahaha!
Oh I'm tired, I need to go back to bed.
 
Well I think my mom just BARELY got Ursula. It still says Active and she ordered at 3:27 A.M.
I am extremely nervous. I overslept because I have been getting about 4 hours of sleep every night because of school. I have not missed a doll release since Wedding Rapunzel :/ I am very very nervous that Ursula will not come through. And she didn't have a chance to get Eric either.

I'm so happy to hear that everyone got the dolls they wanted! I didn't even see the pages go up!
 

Haha I am with you there Tinkertigg, the one time I am happy that my card has been charged is when it relates to buying LE merchandise from the Disney store haha.

That is a very strange description, I'm just surprised that the description had come through so quickly it would take about two days before the description appears here in Australia. I like how they put the most random three things together in your description too, none of them have any connections or similarities to the other haha.
 
Good morning everyone! Did anyone go to sleep, lol.
The website never updated, no new merchandise of any kind in the entire store, I find it odd. I am grateful and happy that I was able to get both dolls. My sister was able to get Ursula which is the one she really wanted, but then after like half an hour decides she wants all three to have the set. I told her that they were all gone, but it let her put the doll in the cart and check out. A couple of minutes later she calls me telling me her order for Eric was closed, so she is a bit upset, but at the same time understands she decided too late. At least she got Ursula. So happy! Got to my store at 9am for 10am opening, got the dolls I wanted no problemo! There wasn't too many people there at opening, but before I left it was manic... wow! We had 12 Ariels, 8 Ursula and 6 Eric, supposedly. All but 2 Erics and a few Ariels were gone by the time I left, about 30 mins after opening... out BatB DFDC dolls sold well, too! Only 4 left of the 16 when I left Hooray for dolls being in UK stores! <3

Good Morning to everyone! I'm glad everybody got their Ursula & Prince Eric dolls. I'm actually on my way to my Disney store & stay in line for the dolls! Plus I had good enough sleep & ate breakfast, so I won't be completely starving. Seriously that was fast! Half an hr wow!
 
Is anyone else in the UK getting a message saying Disney cannot obtain the status of the order? I'm not too worried as I was in there straight away and I'm confident it's all fine, but not noticed that before. I'm loathe to call Guest Services though, I've sat on hold for about 15 minutes recently just trying to find out when the Frozen merch is out.
 


So glad you got the dolls! I was worried a bit when I didn't see you on here, but I wasn't sure about sending a private message because I know they pop up on the screen and I didn't want anything to interfere with you getting the dolls/seeing the posted links.

Still no confirmation email so I've sent Disney an email to ask them. Last time I had patience and didn't email when I thought something was wrong, turns out there was a problem - so this time I wasn't waiting!! haha.

We definitely have to stick together :hug:. I wish they would open a Disneystore here in Aus! I'd even fly to Melbourne to go shopping!! haha. It's 'cause we live in the best state haha.

I think I may actually be interested in the Frozen dolls. I wasn't into Rapunzel too much because to me her face just looks so wrong - maybe it's to do with the fact that the movie was 3d animation compared to their usual 2d animations, so I dunno... I just couldn't buy the LE doll because I didn't think her face was like Rapunzel. I hope they give us a few weeks before they released Frozen LE dolls... I need to recuperate my monies! haha
