Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
Hey everyone thanks for the responses. That does make me feel a little better knowing that it is not just me. I have a feeling that they must have done a while load of Eric and Ursuala orders and probably did Eric first so delivered those to UPS. But because of how late they got to preparingb everything for shipping they didn't get round to delivering the Ursula lot to UPS and I am assuming that they just do one lot of deliveries to UPS at the end of the day? So hopefully the status will change later tonight.

I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but I have two tracking numbers. The one that shows it's almost to me says it has "2 packages" and weighs 5 pounds.. So I'm not sure if maybe they're coming in the same box?
The dolls generally weigh 5-6lbs each and I think the number of packages refer to how many packages in total UPS has going to a particular address.
But regardless thanks for the info and suggestion as any info at the moment would be welcomed. Especially with how nerve wracking this can be.
Well I must express my sadness, After still not receiving my blu-ray and lithos I decided it was time to call the DS. I found it very odd from the beginning that the LE Ariel doll and Movie were packaged into two different boxes with two different tracking numbers. They also shipped through usps instead of UPS. The tracking for the doll was slow, but I was able to monitor her and knew when she was about to be delivered, however the tracking for the Blu-ray was never available to see. I called to see if their was any way we could get tracking information, I explained my situation, they put me on hold. When they come back the CM tells me that unfortunately it is highly likely that the package with the lithos and movie are lost. I of course am extremely disappointed, but ask her what happens next and how long will it take to get my package. She then tells me that she will re-send the movie, but unfortunately they are out of lithographs. This of course breaks my heart because the lithos were the ONLY reason why I pre-ordered the movie in the first place. She apologized a million times and it is not her fault that it got lost, but I am very sad. I asked her what happens to the lost package, does it go back to the warehouse, do they investigate the situation? Sadly she expressed that most of the time when a package is lost, it is lost and people rarely return the packages if they get shipped wrong. That is very, very sad and that people would just keep a package that does not belong to them is even sadder. So, most likely someone somewhere got a free movie along with the lithos I was looking forward to. She gave me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience, but I am still very disappointed. On the other hand I would have preferred this happening with the movie and not the LE Doll because I would have gone ballistic.I still wish I would have gotten my lithos though. :cry::cry:

I have a tracking number but it still says that the Ursula do is waiting for be dropped off to the UPS facility. So the tracking number has been printed but the items haven't been delivered to UPS for delivery. This is making me worry now. This happened to me last year with designer Maleficent wherein they printed the label but failed to attach it onto any of the dolls, Disney being Disney wouldn't let me do anything until a week after it was "shipped" so luckily at this point she was still in stock so they just had to put the order through again.
this is why I have been asking if anyone else has the same situation with their Ursula's? Where she has a tracking number but where it still says shipping label printed and waiting on goods to arrive. That way I know that they have just printed the labels for a bunch if Ursula's, attached them and just haven't gotten around to delivering it to ups yet.

She told me that in some cases the lost items sometimes make their way to their destination, it would be great if this were one of those cases even if it happens to be a month from now.

I would DIE. :drool: My mom would probably fight me for her . Lol. I really wish that this would happen! Especially with saving Mr. Banks coming out! :x:
