Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
any thoughts on this, guys? :wiggle:
I definitely think the warehouse is just having trouble keeping up with the orders and shipping them because even the BATB DFTC doll has not shipped and usually the DFTC dolls would have shipped by now. I think what has happened to your Ursula is what happened to mine wherein they processed it but the items are still sitting in the warehouse as it wasn't included in the lot set to UPS. So hopefully on Monday yours should update by the end of the day at around 8:30pm EST. If it doesn't then I would follow it up then. To anyone else still waiting, good luck as I am confident it is just because of the warehouse being flooded with orders but I can imagine why you would be freaking out as i was when it happened to me.
now it's just a matter of waiting to get my dolls, hopefully they are ok and haven't been damaged, that is the last hurdle left before getting my dolls and after that I can relax.
I am hoping for some pixie dust, some fellow friends have posted that they have had similar issues with happy endings, I will cross my fingers and hope for the best. :hug:So sorry to hear that they sold out of the lithos, LittleMermaidAriel.
I find it odd that the tracking number for Eric had been updated yesterday with delivery set for Monday and while Ursula's was not updating since the one for Eric said 2 packages, I just thought that both would be shipped the same day. However, Ursula's tracking just updated and says delivery is set for Tuesday. That's kind of weird. :suspect:
Ahhh, I see. Thank you for clearing that upAs mentioned earlier the number of packages is referring to the number of packages that UPS is delivering to that address. So the 2 is referring to your Ursula and Eric. Similar to people who ordered the Blu Ray with the Ariel regardless of the fact that they are in the same order they provided some people with two tracking numbers. In this case it looks like they shipped the Eric and Ursula separately and for most people they loaded up and delivered Eric to UPS first. However one would assume that the truck that was delivering the orders to UPS was full therefore the Ursula's that had shipping labels printed and were ready to go were just sitting in the warehouse waiting to be delivered to UPS the next day.
Because the warehouse only does one run to UPS at the end of the day this would explain why if your shipping label hasn't activated yet it should at the end of the next day when they do the next run to UPS. This is only an issue at the moment due to the large amount of orders at the same time which is what is causing all this back log. As mentioned the BATB designer has not even shipped yet and in previous cases the designer doll had shipped by the end of the week.

I have found the number of packages in the logs actually does NOT correspond to the number of packages that UPS is delivering to my address. Whether it is 1 package or 10, for some reason, they always notate 2. Rather strange really. It has been like this for years. I have had tracking numbers for 4 separate orders for days now and no change. I bet the warehouse is just that bogged down with orders!!! I imagine next week is going to be rather busy for me with deliveries! SO EXCITED!!! Ursula, Eric, Jasmine and Aladdin, Belle and Beast, Art of Ariel, etc. I wonder what the UPS driver is thinking, as he has been dropping off so many packages at my house over the past few weeks. LOL!!!
I too have tried to figure things out and there really seems to be no consistency. Who knows?!?!?! They do update the tracking info at night like you mentioned.Fair enough it seems to always have corresponded with the amount of packages I had being delivered to me but it may not be accurate at times due to the sheer number of packages they handle.
For the first time ever, one of my orders is showing as a package of 1. LOL! Of course as soon as I say it always shows 2 no matter how many packages I receive! Too funny!!!Fair enough it seems to always have corresponded with the amount of packages I had being delivered to me but it may not be accurate at times due to the sheer number of packages they handle.

Does anyone else still have their Eric/Ursula status as "not delivered to ups sorting facility" too? Or is it just me?
Guys.. I was thinking.. Since its the 50th anniversary of Mary Poppins... What if they made a Jolly Holiday LE Mary?!?! I would DIE. My mom would probably fight me for her . Lol. I really wish that this would happen! Especially with saving Mr. Banks coming out! :x:
