My Ursula had this tacky glue all over the plastic screen and box that would just not come off for anything. It was literally "splattered." She looks perfect now!
 
OMG not only did Eric arrive today and is absolutely amazing but he is #12!!! That is the lowest number I've ever received
 
I got my Eric. Ursula tomorrow.

The packaging is a bit damaged. The cardboard has some creases and some dents in the soft plastic. Not surprising since there was no cushioning.

My husband, who was all "do you really need this," was going to go with me on the 15th to try for Ariel/Eric, taking a half-day off work. Then he's told today that he'll have a meeting at 1pm. I expected him to tell me, "sorry." Instead he said, "I told them I couldn't get there til 2pm, earliest." wow! Just... Wow!

I don't know if I'll be continuing with all this though. A friend here is getting me Snow and Rapunzel, so all I'll need is Ariel/Eric. And I'll have the Ariel, Eric, Ursula. I really can't go out for all this. But I can wait for a friend for the lottery.
 
Happy To Report I received The Designer Couples Belle And Beast! And No Damage At All They Came Completely Perfect! And I Was So Bummed Out Missing the Drawing last Week. They Were Worth The Wait And Extra Charge!
 
So I recieved my Ursula and Eric today. Im so excited! Prince Eric is perfect.....however Ursula's box was damaged during shipment. You can see a dent in the Shipper box where the damage is done to her box. The box has a break/rip in the cardboard and the plastic all around the area is dented and has white marks from the large creases. Im pretty upset about it. The damage doesnt show up well in pictures i may try to see if morning lighting can help. but heres some pictures of that. Ill also try to get some good pictures of them together in the morning because lighting at the moment is not good haha

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but have been browsing the thread for a couple days. I've only known about the LE dolls since earlier this week but I have really fallen in love with them! I'd LOVE to have both the regular belle and Christmas belle, Alice, and Jack and Sally! But unfortunately I don't have the money for them right now. :cry: Hopefully someday!! I'd also really love to get my hands on the designer fairytale journals! At least definitely Beauty and the beast and Snow white. I'm obsessed with victorian, antique-ish, steampunk type stuff and they just scream that style to me! But I've only been able to find beauty and the beast on ebay for ridiculous prices. If anyone has any of these for sale for a decent price and would be awesome enough to hold them for a while until I have the money or would be willing to do a trade (at least with the journals) I would be eternally grateful! I know it's a long shot but hey it doesn't hurt to ask right?!

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to being apart of this forum and talking with you all!!

Mine came damaged as well ((( are they just sending you a new one and you get to keep the other one? Im going to call tomorrow because they're closed but I dont necessarily want to send mine back because theres no gaurantee the new one will be any better or if theyll even have any to replace her with. Also she's #115 sooo thats an added plus. I hope it all works out
 
I just wanted to add that I was really excited to hear about the beauty and the beast couple dolls, but when I saw the pictures of them I have to admit I was a little disappointed. Especially for the amount they're asking. I think Belle is gorgeous but the beast is so awkward and small. They should have made his shoulders wider. It just seems like he as this big head on this tiny little body. Or what would have made it REALLY awesome is if they did him in his human form! :drool:

The Snow White Journal is still available on the Disney Store website, and they were all still available in my local store when I was there a few days ago.
 
I got my dolls today!!! And my mom's! They are all in excellent condition!! Yay!

Also, My Eric is 317, and my mom's is 1222. My mom's Ursula is 1432 and mine is 13!!! =D That's the lowest one I have!!!! Beats out my previous lowest (Alice) by 136!!

That's amazing! 13 is an awesome number to have for a villain too, due to it's superstitious references. Lucky you! Knowing my luck i would probably get a very high number :S

I know but I'm in dior financial trouble right now. My birthday is coming up though and I'm trying to get ideas. Even though I probably won't even have a birthday this year. Well, there's nothing wrong with looking. I don't really like ordering online because of shipping and my closest disney store is an hour away so the gas isn't really worth it. But I have lots of disney stuff I'd be willing to trade. Did they have Beauty and the beast at your store?
 
So... Can anyone help me/rest my fears...
I've recieved my Ariel yesterday, and JUST got Eric... but no Ursula. I'm so confused. I recieved the shipment email, with both dolls, then a separate one with just Ursula but they ALL had the same tracking number. I only recieved one parcel and I'm worried... Where's my Ursula?
Did anyone else get the same traking number for Ursula & Eric and receive dolls on different days. Do you think I should be concerned?

Do you get them shipped directly from Disney via UPS? If so sometimes what can happen is that one parcel can get delivered but the other is still on its way so its a partial delivery, it has happened to me before with DHL. Just contact UPS and find out what is happening with the other parcel and that will hopefully ease your mind a bit. But I would not worry too much, it could just mean that they ran out of space so was only able to deliver one parcel with the other to follow.

If however they do state that they only received one parcel from Disney to deliver then I would contact Disney at around 9pm tonight and find out what is going on with your order.
 
My Eric is scheduled for tomorrow and my Ursula is scheduled for Friday. They both have the same tracking number and have the same order number. I think you're okay, but I would call Disney if the other set doesn't show up tomorrow.
 
Yeah, direct from Disney. Hmm Ok I'll do that- I'll try and contact UPS. According to my tracking info, it doesn't tell me how many packages, and the delivery lady (though very nice) had no idea because she only had one to give me. Yep have to call the or I'll stress all night haha.

Thanks Guppy94! The CM I called didn't state anything about returning the old doll so I might be able to keep it. I hope the new one's better or at least the clear cover isn't cracked. @believe13: Welcome to the boards, you came to the right place to talk about the LE dolls and meet cool people. My store may have a Snow journal but I think Belle is completely gone.@Sanzoline: Congrats on getting #13 Ursula! It's a low and cool number!
 
ugh im jealous.....i called today and they said they are out of dolls and dont have boxes to ship to me and all she gave me was a $10 gift card......):
