By the way, I don't know if the crystals on the dresses are swarovski - but I am thinking they are not, because that would have definitely been a selling point to write on the box (it just calls them rhinestones.) But, they are definitely glass and not acrylic (yay)
 
I think you are isn't Serafina, if they were Swarovski they would plaster the name all over the box. And they would increase in price. Your pictures look great. I like Anna's dress spread out like that. And Elsa looks more detailed than the stock images show.
 
Still no blast off email! I'm going to call them tomorrow. I really want them to arrive before the holiday. It's really getting quite frustrating. It's not like they have to ship it across the country - I'm two states away from the warehouse!
 
I tried taking photos of my Harrods set the other day and I noticed that the dresses are actually attached to the box so that they would stay in place and not move around. I would have had to remove the attachments to see under the dress, is this the same case for the standard LE Anna and Elsa dolls as well? Are their dresses attached to the box?
 
so im a little confused right now hopefully you guys can help maybe haha. I bought one Anna Doll and 2 Elsa's(one for deboxing purposes ) and I got tracking information for all three. My Anna and 1 Elsa have shown movement on the tracking page but my second Elsa still says that the label has been printed with no movement. Whats weird though is that on the tracking for both the ones that have moved say there are three packages coming. Is the third on its way as well its just not updating or is it still at the warehouse?

Im a little worried now
 

The fact that it says that there are 3 packages means that UPS is delivering a total of three packages to that address however that does not mean that they are all on transit. By the sounds of it one of your Elsa orders is still at the warehouse waiting to be delivered to UPS for delivery. I would wait and see if they ship it out later today (Monday) if it still remains at that stage then contact disney store and let them know that the tracking details have not updated. Usually they won't do anything unless three days after the shipping label was created so if you got yours on Thursday you may have to wait until Tuesday before calling them. But if you are really worried then it wouldn't hurt to call.

but I guess as a positive at least you will still have one of each and that they did not stuff up your Anna order. This is what drives me insane about Disney store why would you create labels and tell people their item shipped but then not attach the label to an item? Is it that hard to print the label and ensure it is attached to an item especially since you are jumping the gun by telling people that you have shipped it. Surely there is a more appropriate and accurate way for them to tell people that their items have shipped without giving them false hope just in case they do lose a label or stuff an order up. They do this so many times so they need to start getting their act together especially if they start deciding to release more LE items. This has happened to me twice now once with designer Maleficent and again this year with the Frozen jumbo pin.
 

Yes, their dresses are attached to the bottom in several places. Elsa's is pinned with separate little plastic do-hickeys so I was able to just clip one of them so I can see her shoes without compromising anything But Anna's is attached by like this fabric thread interwoven between the box and the dress, so I was afraid if I clipped it in one place the whole thing would come undone. I think it's because of the delicate lace on the bottom of her gown.
 
So! As of last night, my order still said 'Active' with no tracking information. I had sent an email to customer service to ask what was up, and I had recieved a polite but generic (check your email for status update, blah blah blah) reply. I had planned to call in the morning if there hadn't been an update.

So, about an hour ago, I get the email from UPS that my package has been delivered. And there they are, good as gold! They arrived in the same shipment but different packages.

There numbers are extremely off (I think Anna is around 0182 and Elsa is 1266). I knew they were going to be big, but I was not prepared for the size of them. They're my first 17" dolls, and I love them both. I had to open Anna up to fix her necklace - it had popped up just like in the promo image.

Has this ever happened to anyone here before? Not getting any tracking or confirmation? As of last night, my bank account has not been charged yet either.
 
Anna's skirt is really pretty when spread out, it is sewn down inside the box and each green stripe is sewn together corner to corner, to make it fit in the box better.





I really prefer it with the pleats 'free' In the stock photo they are sewn loosely together at the corners.

Arrrgggghh! My Anna was supposed to arrive today, but they updated the delivery to tomorrow. This after the package sat in Tennessee for THREE DAYS, doing nothing. I suddenly remembered why I hate UPS.
 
I got my Elsa today and my Anna should be here tomorrow or Wednesday pretty exciting!!!! My first 17" dolls too! man they are huge!!! now I have to find a good display spot for them. I can't see buying too many other characters unless they are absolutely amazing just due to the size and my lack of space in my home!. So anyone worried Aurora there will be one less person looking to nab her .

My Elsa "departed" Memphis early on saturday morning, but I've had no tracking info since. I'm almost sick with worry that she's lost D;.
 
Got my email today from disney store with my £20 refund per doll, and 2 x £10 vouchers, and 2 x free shipping vouchers! I thought it would be just 1 x £10 I'd get, for my whole order, but its not! Really pleased!

When is your estimated delivery? I wouldn't worry too much about it until after that time has passed. The updates also seem to depend a lot on where you are located.
 
Alright, this is the weirdest thing I've ever encountered with the Disney Store. At least I have a happy ending so far.

Now the site itself has updated with the order being "closed" but down at the bottom it says that it shipped today. It gives me a tracking number, that I put in and learned where my dolls have been (shipped Thursday, made it's roundabout way here today). I just checked and I have still not been charged for them. Every other time I've ordered I get charged just as soon as it ships.

So what is going on with this store?
