I understand it is a common status, but I find it odd because my order (which is active) has shipped as my Elsa arrived today. It makes me wonder if they are aware that she has shipped or if they just havent updated my status yet

ahh that is right you did receive yours today. By the sounds of it disney stuffed up big time. Clearly they didn't process your order and yet shipped you a doll. Which means that they must have attached a billing label to a doll relating to your order prior to processing your order. So there are one of two things you could do you could either be honest and follow it up with Disney to inform them of that happened or you could just leave it and accept it as a "Christmas present" from Disney. I personally would call Disney and let them know as it isn't fair on those that have been charged but have had their dolls "lost" but that is your decision to make and you don't have to tell peor ehat you decide to do as that is your business.

by the looks of things Disney must have stuffed up a bunch of Elsa orders. I have to ask has anyone that ordered Elsa and was charged for her, received her or at least got the tracking updated properly like a normal order? Because so far it seems like everyone has been having issues with Elsa so I wonder if this is happening with all the Elsa's ordered or if it is just a batch of Elsa orders.
 
I just received my dolls! I have to say I love Anna! I'm not so keen on Elsa though....I don't know why, I think I just prefer Annas dress and the detailing, and colours....
 
OMG did you reverse the refund or buy them again? That's great I was so worried you completely missed out!

When I initially called to cancel my order due to the unfair pricing, they went ahead and cancelled it according to the rep, but the next day I hadnt heard back from them like they promised, and the following day I got a blast off email! I phoned them as I thought my order had been cancelled, but by this point theyd also announced the refund in price plus the free voucher, so I asked and they said the order hadnt been cancelled, the rep hadnt cancelled it properly, and the dolls were with the courier....I double checked and she said that the order still stands...so I got them after all - it was meant to be! I'd usually be so annoyed that they didnt cancel my order, but on this occasion, all's well that ends well, and I got my refund for £40, and 4 x vouchers: 2 x £10, and 2 x free shipping!! I have to say I love Annam but not so keen on Elsa.....I'm not sure why.....I much prefer Anna x
 
I just need to make it clear 1000 dolls were allocated for the whole of Europe, not UK. DS Europe now has brand new sites (Spain/Italy/Denmark/Sweden) to order within those respective territories (as with France/Germany you cannot order from another site) many countries do not have stores or they are closing down. Many Europeans order from ds.co.uk which is how it has been for a long time. The total stock allocated covers in store and online. As said elsewhere this is a busy time for DS in the run up to Xmas. I hope those of you still waiting get your orders resolved.
 
Oh wow! I'm sad to be reading lots of you are having Elsa problems. Mine is out for delivery today. Hopefully safe and well.
I received my blast off email on Thursday but it didn't update for me until late Friday with delivery date for Tuesday. In the same order I got Merida's bow set which was included in the same blast off email but with a different tracking number and I received it yesterday. But Elsa didn't leave Tennessee until 12:01 am Monday, and the weird thing for me is instead of coming straight to me as usual she went to Little Rock, AR and now is coming to me. I really hope every body gets her soon. And Disney really needs to pay more attention in shipping labels and me personally I would love to receive my dolls like those of you who received the dolls from Harrods. This are not just any dolls they are LE and me personally find it insulting how Disney ships them, with out a care in the world if they get smashed or not :/. My worries never end until my dollies arrive.
 
The Elsa that I ordered with Anna is the one that got lost. The extra Elsa that I bought after securing both in one order is the one that is on its way. Is everyone that missing an Elsa order them together? Could that be related somehow?
 
tomorrow is the last day that disney is giving my package to arrive. its really disappointing to have to wait so long knowing the delivery company has messed up. but i cant complain as disney has promised to hold an elsa doll for me and resend if she doesn't arrive tomorrow. I feel really bad for americans if they cant get ahold of the dolls they ordered and can't get them replaced. Good luck to everyone awaiting there packages.
 
Ok I contacted them again...as my dolls were sent out on the 21st, they are giving me the 7-9 day window for delivery so if I don't get my Elsa by Dec. 5, THEN I need to worry about a refund. But I just want my beautiful icy Elsa!!!
 
This is just ridiculous. I feel very lucky that my dolls arrived at all. I really hope everything works out for everyone having issues. My heart goes out to all of you!
 

To contribute data: my LE Elsa shipped as normal (label created 11/21, received by UPS on 11/22, due to arrive 12/02), and the charge was placed correctly on my CC as a permanent, posted charge. Now, it's all in the hands of UPS. So far, it all looks normal.
 
Halilullah! I have an arrival scan for my Elsa on my tracking. So it looks like she's not lost at all. Thank god xD /wipes sweat off brow.
 
I thought I was helping out when I didn't order online but actually went into Disney store at mall and picked up the sisters...I didn't want to take away from the low amount of dolls available online for those limited to online purchase...its seems it didn't really help since Disney is messing up in shipping...I'm sorry you all are going through this...
 
Today my Elsa arrived safe! I am so HAPPY and relieve for this!

Anyway.. I am one of the temerary-crazy people who debox these dolls and.. I restyled her hair (i have this idea since i've see her photos).

For me she is beautiful!!!

UPS has now finally started scanning my Elsa doll (on it's return to TN) so it seems to me that they were scanning the other tracking number the whole time. I just really hope the rest of you with missing dolls have them turn up as I have. I feel very lucky at this point.
 


YEEEEAAAAHHH!!! NOT CRAZY AT ALL!! I think she looks great I was thininking about doing it but didn't have the guts yet XD
 
Rose, your doll looks beautiful like that. Is her whole head rooted or just the perimeter? Usually dolls only have as much hair as needed for the factory style. Thanks for sharing that pic, it's lovely

She is fully rooted (large space between hair pieces) ,but fully. She have just the front hair shorter, that's all.

Received my Harrod's Elsa and Anna dolls yesterday - they are gorgeous!!!! Received #2. What's interesting is that I ordered the dolls from Harrods on 11/20 same day I ordered the regular Anna/Elsa from disney.com and the international package arrived 2 days before I will get my US order.
