I still kind of wish the cape had been longer. There is a shot of Elsa's Snow Queen dress--is it the Harrod's one or both--that fans way out. The cape is gorgeous, don't get me wrong. I just wish it had been longer. I guess it doesn't matter since most collectors don't unbox. Thank goodness for the ones who do unbox, so we can see what the dolls look like from every angle. This doll is gorgeous.

Someone on a different forum mentioned that the color may be off due to lighting.
 
I also Think that it's the lighting. I think her hair color will be the same as snow Queen Elsa. I mean, they have no reason to change that part.
 
The pictures posted above are overexposed. I've seen LE Coronation Elsa in person and her hair isn't nearly that yellow. It looked like it was the same shade as LE Snow Queen Elsa's, but until I see them next to each other I can't be certain of that.
 
I agree. Lighting and over exposure. In these pics, her dress looks almost royal blue when it's really not. They most likely used the same hair as SQ Elsa.

She has a new dress!! I quite like it!



Her 17" LE could have similarities to this image perhaps? Anyway YAY for some new Pochaontas art

Maybe that is what they are up to? A little bit of hope that there will be a 17" Poca in the coming years? Not sure about the pet, though. Growing up on a farm, we ended up saddled with a baby raccoon. I have to say that Meeko was pretty darn accurate when talking about coon behaviors. You did not want to take anything away from Coonie. He would fight to the death over a pen.
 
Disney should make LE dolls of most of their female characters, like Pocahotnas, Mulan, Kida, Esmeralda, Meg.. etc..

All they need to do is keep the LE low. Maybe 1500-1000 and they will sell out.

They really need to make these LE dolls. In some ways these characters deserve LE dolls more than others since they get next to or no merch at all. It makes those of us who are fans of them all the more desperate for anything of them we can get our hands on.

A LE 17" Mulan doll would be a dream come true for me - unfortunately I don't see that happening for a long time, mostly since she needs some kind of DVD release or anniversary...

Well, Mulan's 20th anniversary is in 4 years... which I guess is a long time. I hope they make her in her outfit at the end of the movie instead of that matchmaker dress again. It just makes more sense. She was depressed in the matchmaker dress and a hero in the end of movie dress. Ooh and include her crest from the emporer. And Shan Yu's sword. And a little Mushu and Crick-ee. Hahah probably asking too much. At least the crest then.

Actually, Mulan did had a 15th Anniversary & released the Blu ray release of Mulan & Mulan 2 in a combo pack to celebrate it last year around spring time? Can't remember but I remember buying it since I never had it in my collection before. Same with Pocahontas as well too. The Disney store didn't really do too much for it besides releasing some plush characters. Sorry to rain on your parade >.<

Yes I would also prefer that outfit - mostly since the matchmaker outfit is overdone - but with the classic doll and the designer doll.
Just thinking about how stunning a doll she could be makes me sad, because I don't feel like it's going to happen.

Being a Mulan fan is just a parade filled with endless rain XD
Yes, I know they didn't do much for her - she's just not one of their celebrated characters...
 

LOL awwwe. All I remember of what they released was just the plushes of Khan, Mushu, & Little Brother. I was happy I got Mushu & Little Brother when they went on sale. But yes I'm on the bandwagon of having a LE 17" Mulan & Pocahontas dolls to be released. They truly would look so beautiful in bigger forms. Here's to believing! ;D
 
So I'm guessing the answer to my question will be no, but does anyone know how long you can return something to the Disney Store? I bought the 17'' Ursula when she came out and I really regret it and don't like her at all. The thing is mine came with a damaged screen and she's not going too much above retail on the second market. I feel like if I try to sell her I'll get even less because of the creases in her plastic screen so I thought I'd return her if I could. Any idea? I'm guessing it's too late.
 
Yup, I'm screwed. I just read the return policy on the website. Oh well, maybe I'll try adding her to the already flooded market on eBay.
 
I have a question about surprise releases, since there were some people speculating that we could get surprise release of Kristoff. I think it sounds unlikely, but if there was a surprise release when would we find out? Would it really be a true suprise so you could see him (or some other surprise release in future) available on the sites and stores when you could buy him and no information beforehand? Or some news a bit earlier? How surprise releases have worked in the past?
