It usually does that. It should update on the ups site either a couple hours later or the next day
 
Yeah, mine is due on Wednesday, too. Looks like the warehouse wasn't quite as on top of it as with the LE Wedding Rapunzel. Oh well, at least she shipped!
 
So if Disney sent an email saying it's shipped, but there's no UPS tracking number or anything, does this mean I will get another email soon with a tracking number? Is that how it works? Sorry if this is a silly question, just all of the other orders I've had from Disney have always had a tracking number right from the initial "We've shipped your product" email from DisneyStore.

I live on the east coast and my doll hasn't shipped yet, either. I'm a little concerned because she'll be released in 3 days (not counting Sunday, no mail), and the LE Wedding Rapunzel took 5 days to arrive.
 
I did notice yesterday that on the website, when you click checkout and it shows you the items in your cart, there was a message near the top of the page that said that due to their preparations for the holiday season, that any orders made after 2:30 pm Wednesday (9/26) would be delayed for shipping until 10/01. Now of course, all of the LE Cinderella pre-orders had to have been made well before 09/26, but if there is a bunch of moving and shaking in the warehouse, that may be causing overall delays in order processing and shipping?

FYI, my initial "Your Disney.com Order is On Its Way" e-mail was sent to me on 09/26 at 10pm and did contain the UPS tracking number... The package was not actually received by UPS until 09/27, and is due to arrive at my house on 10/03 (I live on the West Coast).
 
I'm glad that they are trying to keep her a secret though, increases my chances of getting her! I really don't like ordering online, it's an hour drive each way to the post office I need to get them from, in store would be so much nicer!!!
 
I got my email with my tracking number on the 26th but my doll wasn't received by UPS until the 27th and she is scheduled to arrive on 1st. I live in the east coast. I hope lady tremaine is released online since I have class at 8am and won't be able to make it to the Disney store until 10am and Im afraid she will be sold out or there will be a line by that time
 
No updates on my Cindy but my mom called Guest services and they said that my order is processing now and that I should still recieve my doll by the second.. Here's hoping!
 
Like you, my email for LE Cinderella was sent on the 26th, but since I live on the West Coast, I will not get the doll until the 3rd. However, I also pre-ordered in store, so I am picking her up in the store on the 2nd, so I'm happy about that.

About the LE Lady Tremaine, I was told by a CM that she will be available both in store and online on Oct 2. My store will only get 5 of her, so I'm going to order her online.
 
You're welcome! My store isn't getting any dolls, but they got this sign lol. So dumb! They showed me a stock image of the doll, too. She's definitely nothing to brag home about :/

I think she's gorgeous actually. Maybe I'm weird? But since I guess I have nothing to compare her to, as I don't have any other LE dolls, I can't be disappointed by the lack of quality compared to others. So I'll be happy with her...here in my own ignorant blissss hahaha.
 
Peter Pan will be released as a Diamond Edition DVD on February 3, 2013. So hopefully that means Tinker Bell, but would love Wendy & Peter more as a 17 inch set. Also wishing for a set like the Cinderella gift set with Peter, Hook, Smee, Wendy, John and Michael Darling, oh and Tiger Lily too. Is that too much to ask? The play dolls would be a dream come true for me. I have Madame Alexander Peter Pan dolls, but they don't come close to the possibilities here.

Although I wonder how this works with issuing Ariel and Jasmine. They better not skimp on those dolls and must bring back the original quality to this line. So exciting ! I am really grateful to this community for all of the generous posting of information and dazzling photos. Thank you.
