Uhm.. you could try just opening the website again instead of just a refresh. Using internet explorer, firefox? I would switch from one to the other.

I'm thinking of putting one through for my friend (who's coming to try buying in the store with me tomorrow) but I don't want to screw up my order that already went through... Also if we manage to get our dolls preordered in store I will be cancelling these. They're like my backup plan.

i got my confirmation email right away as well :) yay! so happy! and the website is working for me now too!!

*EDIT* so are they not going to have the DVD packaging for preorder at the disney store? i like that packaging better and it will fit in with the rest of my Diamond Editions better lol

Really curious to see how long it takes the pre-order to sell out, seems like a lot of people stayed up for this one!
 
I put in a second preorder and have both confirmation emails. I don't know, this whole experience feels too easy to be legit, lol. Based on previous ds.com experiences, I'm not convinced this really happened!

Yeah just buy them individually :) I did and got two confirmation emails for each one. And no worries about the questions lol You just can't do a bulk order , like two at a time. Maybe to try and keep her up there for longer or something lol
 
I Am So Tempted to Use The "Bill Me Later" Option But i just read that it is something you seriously want to stay away from, but i'll have the money in about two weeks :(
but im sure Ariel Will Be Gone By Then....
 
i got a confirmation e-mail as well. I am going to call tomorrow and have them add my giftcard on because i didnt even want to hastle with that tonight lol. I just wanted to make sure Ariel was mine!!! NOW, I cant wait to see ERIC AND URSULA!!!!!!! UGH!!! MY WALLET CANT TAKE ALL THESE RELEASES!!!!!

It's a pre order so you dont pay until she ships out oct 1st! If you go in store to pre order her then you WILL pay upfront but not online.
Soon as I get off work I am heading down to my DS store to see her in person!!!!!!

sadly i do not have a disney store around me....im 17....i have no job (until i work in the fields next week)(WORST THING EVER!) haha, and....i have no money card of any sort or any money at all because i bought classic dolls instead :/
But on the bright side they get here today haha, oh well, i guess it was my fault for not passing on the smaller dolls. But anyways haha, I Think its Awsome that you have a disney store. I Wish you The Best on the Future LE Dolls To Come :)
 
I'm thinking you at least have the funds in ur account to preorder as well, that may be why I didn't get a confirmation email. I don't have the funds but I thought maybe I could have the money around October and it would be no problem. But I guess I was wrong. Hopefully she'll be here for another 2 days so i can try again:/

at the moment she is. I don't know when she will appear. I ordered mine from the u.s site but if she comes available before oct 1 then I will cancel the u.s ones and order from the u.k. I didn't care about paying extra just wanted piece of mind that I got them.

Mel I'm curious as to how what card you used to pay, if you don't mind me asking, when I tried to pre-order Merida and Elinor from the U.S. site last year it rejected my Visa card.
 
so is eric coming online tonight or with ursula on the 1st. i feel like they are giving us eric to make up for the possible slimming down of ursula again. It would make sense. but When are they coming out i'd like to be able to sleep now that i succesfully got ariel lol
 
it was my NatWest debit (visa) I use it all the time as I order from the u.s instead as I prefer their packaging. but I have used my credit cards too. not one has been a problem.
 
You guys get your doll? I saw only she was released, so I rolled over and went back to bed. BUT! My friend that wanted one texted me to say she got one and was freaking out excited about something the Ariel description mentioned.
"Match to our Limited Edition Prince Eric and Ursula Dolls, each sold separately"
Um...WHAT!?!? Are they announcing both surprise Ursula AND a surprise SURPRISE Eric now?
 
I'm thinking they are talking about the designer couples Eric, I mean they had several chances to make prince dolls for the other princesses and didn't, so why would they start now?

Ok so if I place two separate orders to the SAME ADDRESS then it's ok or do I have to obtain a new identity for the second order?
