Made a tough decision.

I thought Id sahre the decison I have come up with to get out of stitch pins as there hasnt been anything that I NEED to have in my collection since the Japan dressed as pins that came out at the end of last year, other than that I have not had any interest in any stitch pins what so ever and have been looking at what stitch pins I have in my collection and thinking hmmm why do I have this pin etc

Im keeping all my stitch as, St Patricks day pins as Ive worked to hard to get all those pins and since they are few and far between I can relax slightly. But the ones Im thinking of getting rid of is the general not related pins Im not to fussed about as I sold quite a few in grab bags a while ago.

Im just sitting down and sorting through them now to see which ones I will keep as I have some connection to them or if not will put them in a for sale thread over the weekend in grab bags and lots.

Its sad to think that collecting stitch got boring but with the lackluster releases and nothing interesting then I dont know why I didnt do this ages ago.

I did this awhile back too Danny, and totally understand where you're coming from. I collected all Stitch Invasion pins, but was so disheartened by the fact that Disney does not release any pins with Stitch invading new movies (Tangled, Up, Princess and the Frog, etc.) to the point that I remember we were both using other pins to represent the movies! If Disney does ever decide to release new Stitch invasion pins, I may take on the collection again, but for now it is just Stitch with Princesses for me (which complements my little sister's Princess collection).

I hear you. But at least for me, it's been a (financial) blessing. I still love the little angel (to quote Lilo) and wish they'd do more really cool pins with him and if you think it's bad for Stitch, look at the number and type of L&S pins featuring Lilo that have come out.

So, the REAL dilemma starts for you. Are you going to change your screen name??

Im not giving up any of my stitch invasion pins I could never go that far to part with them or my st patricks day pins as they mean more to me than the others do. But agreed they do need to do a few more stitch invasion pins as I got all excited for when Japan released some last year and was really stoked to maybe getting the stitch as Marie to have the aristocats ticked off my list even Monsters Inc as the designs are there yet they have not come out (hopefully one day) but for the time being I will be giving stitch a miss.

I dont really need to collect anything as my interest lies at the moment with getting up to date with PTN pins lol so my wallet never really got back on track it just switched to paying for PTNs than it did for stitch haha

And no my username will be same XD Its been that username for ages now on more than this forum
