There was an update to the catalog. You'll have to wait until May 19th to see the entire catalog of pins etc. :anxious:

I wish they would just read these boards and make the pins we suggest! ha! How awesome would that be?? On the other hand, kind of a burn as they would be getting paid to jack our ideas. -_______-

This is encouraging that more pins will be forthcoming. At this point, I really don't care who actually comes up with the ideas for the pin designs as long as the RSP catelog improves drastically - and we get the pins that *should* be going along with this event.

At least we get to see the catalog before we spend our hard earned money to register. Hopefully it will come out early so I can get in on the early registration gift. They still haven't said anything about a welcome gift and a departure gift. Surely they can't just do away with it. Grrrrr This is so frustrating.

I have a question about these type of pin events?

Do they ever sell these pins back in the park stores after the event or can you only purchase them at the event?

They mostly sell out but any leftovers do hit the stores.

I have a question, can someone explain to me how the trading works at these events? Is it multiple days? Are there designated areas and times or is a three day free for all? Where does it happen? I ask because trading at sci fi event was non existent. Just people going to boards for 6 hours. Can anyone give me any insight? Thanks!

The trading is all three days- Sunday is Vinyls.

Basically, they set aside a huge chunk of the room for tables- it looks like a PTN. Thursday night is a massive, all-day PTN, usually at a near-by hotel. Friday and Saturday is at the event.

They do have trading games with the cast members, as well. But the trading is pretty good with fellow traders...they come from all over the world.

I'm sure they will sell out since all of the editions are very low numbers.

That's too bad, I would have liked to get one of the Sinister Sideshow Mystery set and Phantasmagorical Oracle.

Oh my GOSH! I love the Tigger Tamer and Duffy the Dancing Bear. Sooo cute!

For those of you who cannot make it but want some of the pins at cost from the Event, please keep me in mind as I will have plenty of room on my RSP and my mom's RSP for this event. I will be posting a thread about it in the sales area tomorrow so please be sure to take a look :)
